Hello flight velocity, Where do I find this exact panel in your shop? Best regards
Debating between this and the Real Sim Gear and this pretty much sealed the deal. Thats bad ass
does it work with msfs or only xplane?
Sensacional.
I can't find a single customer review on this product??? How well to the buttons work to control the equipment, how real is it for IFR flight training, etc. You would think there would be at least one person who purchased this unit, used it and put out a video of it.
absoulutely love this!!!! so realistic! looking forward to soon buying the Steam Gauge hybrid G5 Mini Cockpit!! though its quite expensive, with what it comes with, its amazingly worth it! so good if fact that im suprised its only 2500 bucks! please keep it on shelfs because i really need it
Has this been certified by the FAA yet?
This would be an integral part of my dream setup. Combined with ever improving VR passthrough technology, you truly can have the best of both worlds, without being stuck with fiddly handtracking or being stuck with one type of plane because of the interchangable panels. Time to save some money!
Are the buttons and dial knobs of the G1000 panel functional? If yes, how is the electrical connection being established - is there a plug which is connected when you put on the panel?
It was like a magic trick when you switched the front panel! So cool
This looks cool, but most of it will be redundant in a couple of years when VR headsets get more comfortable, and VR passthrough becomes good quality. All the display parts of this system will be redundant. But the physical knobs and buttons will have their place.
Nah, VR is already starting to wane, just like it did about 20 years ago. The sets are too expensive and most of the people using flight sims do not find them to be worth the investment, and due to that, most of the companies out there have already sold all the headsets that they are going to for the foreseeable future, and you can't make money like that.
Just make it in vr
Fantastic rig - this is exactly what I'm looking for. A couple of questions. (1) how much does the unit weigh? Some people may want to mount this to a motion base, so weight is a factor. (2) you mentioned that rudder pedals are included? Can it be purchased without? (3) Will current purchases be backward compatible for FAA certification? Some people may choose to wait to see how that comes along, which might limit a few sales right now. (4) will it be BATD or are you able to make an AATD rig? Again, if this works as intended - what an awesome concept - congratulations!
How is the overlay/panel connected? I don't see any cables.
The overlays connect to the console via a proprietary connector under the glare shield.
Do the hard buttons work for the g1000?
is there any in-use footage?
See the full video here - kzread.info/dash/bejne/daugrrGIp86oXdY.htmlsi=d_ppLm7XfAbG8x4i
@FlightVelocity footage involving manipulation of the dials and bezel button functions?
Are buttons on G1000 and GNS530 panel light up? Let’s say night flight and dark room - any backlight? Or need some additional light?
Six pack is going away…
While that may be true, we're committed to supporting as many configurations as possible.
Do the knobs on the panels work?
Absolutely! They are automatically mapped in the sim when the panel is detected by our software.
This is awesome. So how much is each overlay or do they come with the console? Can you get just the main console and a overlay?
The console ships with one overlay of your choice. Additional overlays are $1000 a piece. Yes, the Evolution Console is available separately here - flightvelocity.com/products/flight-velocity-evolution-console
@@FlightVelocity It looks great, with superb functionality. A bit confused though regarding additional overlay price. The link you included lists the price $2089 for an additional overlay, not 1000. I am interested in one unit with included overlay (gauge based for Cessna 172 training) and an additional G1000 overlay. What is the total cost for this setup?
I wish I have had this when I was working on my ATP/IFR in 1987 !!! awesome
Is the G1000 touchscreen?
Hi @coopercrowley9580 these are not touchscreen. Is that something you'd be interested in us building?
Absolutely great work!! To load up different configurations with ease in the same occupied space is truly amazing 👍 Great job!
Thank you!
How much for an extra panel?
The console ships with the overlay of your choice. Additional overlays are $1000 a piece.
Sweet, do the knobs on the GPS work as they would in real life?
Yes, and they are automatically assigned in the sim! No manual configuration is necessary.
@@FlightVelocityhow do i make it Work With msfs2020, I have the g1000 , and non of the bottoms in the panel work . I need support with this problem.
@@AVIANCASAMACES Certain configurations in MSFS need FSUIPC7 for full functionality. This is one of those cases. Head over to secure.simmarket.com/john-dowson-fsuipc7-for-msfs.phtml to purchase the software (It's about $25 USD depending on the exchange rate. NOTE - the free version won't work). Feel free to reach out to us via phone or email if you need further assistance - we're happy to help!
I really wish you guys would do more than these short clips for such an interesting and new product that's also a major purchase for most. Not much information out there.

OMG ... I need one. LOVE the "modular panel fronts. So Sweet. CYQT 👍🇨🇦👍
Thanks!
How do I make it work with MSFS 2020? I’ve tried everything and not a single bottom works. G1000 panel.
????????
@@AVIANCASAMACES we replied to your other post, but wanted to make sure it's here as well - You'll need a copy of FSUIPC 7 (paid version) for the G1000 buttons and knobs to work with MSFS 2020. Grab a copy from SimMarket here - secure.simmarket.com/john-dowson-fsuipc7-for-msfs.phtml
@@FlightVelocity thank you for replying, I have the both panels , but to be honest I’m very disappointed, because they don’t work as expected. The G1000 does not work with MSFS2020 , as advertised, and the analog with g5s and Garmin 750 that is supposed to work with X-plane. Does not work properly either, 750 gps and g5s does not communicate well, don’t share information between them , turn coordinator shows an inaccurate rate of turn, the g5 displays 9999 where is supposed to show the NM to the destination or way point. There is a lot of issues with this panels . I don’t understand how can they be out for sale if are not well tested before. The screen displays use for the panels is super bright and its brightness can’t be adjusted at all. I would like to know if someone else that bought this panels has this problem too. I bought these panels 2 months ago, and I haven’t been able to use them not even for an hour…

Is this FAA Certified?
FAA certification is in the works, stay tuned!
IS it FAA approved
FAA certification is in the works, stay tuned!
Great looking panels
Thanks!
dam awesome
Thanks!
I wish I could trade in my FV Pro4 panel for this one. I love what you did here. I am sure you will be coming out with more overlays as well.
Thanks a lot! There are four overlay types currently... G1000, Dual G5s with a 530, Dual G5s with a 750, and Steam gauges with a 530. What other variations would you like to see?
@@FlightVelocity maybe base it on different aircraft as well. So Baron B58 and such. Awesome job guys
That is super cool
Thanks!
Beautiful panel!!, I love it!
Thank you!
Well where is it guys? I dont see it on the website, is it going to be thousands of dollars like all the others out there or is it going to be super affordable?
The link is in the description, but here it is - flightvelocity.com/products/flight-velocity-evolution-console.
The former. Over $2k. Hahahhaa
You might have meant, "affordable" rather than "super affordable". But looking at the price, I'm not seeing that, either.
Really disappointed with the price.. another money grubbing company taking advantage of the flight sim community. Shame on you!!
You are, of course entitled to your opinion, which we take seriously. However, as a family owned, US based company, we’re not some “big bad corporate entity” coming for your lunch money. On the contrary, we’re spending our own money to develop new and innovative products that, in this case, do things no other product on the market does - at any price. ✌️
When will you make a video on the Flight Velocity Dual Encoder?
Good products, no problems with my panels and they are NOT flimsy IF INSTALLED CORRECTLY.
where can i buy that usb plug for the old quadrant control
Not sure we understand the question, but there is no adapter that will make the old throttle quadrant work with a PC. You'll need to purchase the USB version of the throttle quadrant instead. See flightvelocity.com/collections/flight-simulator-flight-controls/products/logitech-saitek-flight-throttle-quadrant Hope that helps!
What’s difference between this mount for touch screen and stay level mount?
Hi Robert, they perform the same function, but ours is $49 cheaper.
@@FlightVelocity is yours plastic ? Is thick and sturdy ?
Will it mount to the bravo?
Very flimsily, hard to mount to desktop for g1000 Think twice before you buy. Very disappointing
We're sorry that you found this difficult to install. These panels are rock solid, so if it feels flimsy, then something's not right. If you call us or send us an email, we'll be more than happy to help resolve your issue.
Your general installation guide is extremely poor. Not everyone is an expert, you should invest time and thought to produce an installation guide video. The one page guide you send with the panel is more confusing than helping.
Stay tuned, we're working on it!
Ya only if they worked that easy 🤣🤣
I had just orders this panel ! Hope to show it at my cockpit cam soon
Sound good, Captain! Looking forward to seeing your setup.
This is why I love to recommend Flight Velocity panels to my Facebook community !!!
Hi nice product but the shiping prices is too hi . To Puerto Rico the prices is a double or triple of the prices of the article .
I see you’re panels are precut to Logitech radio panels . I was looking at the prop wash radio gear . Would I be able to use them . Thanks
Hey Steve - Thanks for your interest! We make panels that support the Propwash gear - check out flightvelocity.com/collections/honeycomb-panels/products/fv10hp-mid-profile-530-cockpit-panel-with-propwash-sim-and-honeycomb-support. If that panel doesn't exactly fit your mission, we can make you a custom panel that does. Here's a page that describes our custom panel process - flightvelocity.com/pages/custom-flight-simulator-panels
@@FlightVelocity ok cool I’m looking now thank you
I will have a wait for the Honeycomb Charlie rudder pedals so I was looking for a temporary solution, without buying a set of rudder pedals now (way overpriced and will gather dust as soon as Charlies are out) - I saw the Flight Velocity trim wheel and wondered - could it be configured to control rudder - I know it wouldn't have centering capabilities automatically but I am thinking, it would be used at least like a rudder trim (in aircraft that have it) and maybe even rudder - do you have any idea if this might work out. I have the Honeycomb Alpha yoke (and soon will have the Bravo delivered) but the buttons for rudder are too abrupt - 0 to 100 to 0 in one forward and backward click - would love some incremental rudder input but unsure if my idea, about Flight Velocity's trim wheel as a substitute, is viable.
We've never tried our trim wheel in that configuration, however, nothing would prevent you from assigning it to control the rudder. We just don't think that it would be reactive enough to perform that function as it was designed as a secondary rather than a primary flight control.
@@FlightVelocity thanks for insight. Did finally get the Bravo throttle and I assigned the commercial flaps axis to rudder axis and eased up on the sensitivity and it worked fantastic. Was going to try your trim wheel if this didn't work but it seems to do what I need in until I can get the rudder pedals. Thanks so much for the quick response and will keep eye on your products and how to incorporate into my system as future developments come along.
Tiger is amazing I spoke with him last night on the phone. He was very kind and helpful and answered the phone 30min after the work hours listed that is true customer service. And I can verify these panels are amazing and strong. No worries on these braking or getting damaged. I definitely recommend flight velocity panels to anyone looking for an amazing, strong and affordable panel pull the trigger and hit buy now.
Will I be able to just buy a usb cable and plug one side of the usb into the throttle and another side into the PC?
Not sure we follow, but there is no way the throttle quadrant will work directly plugged into the PC, even with a USB to PS/2 adapter or cable. The throttle quadrant doesn't "speak" PS/2.
