I see this reply in nearly every one of these kinds of videos and it's quite possibly among the stupidest phrase I ever read (which is saying a lot). I can tell you probably can't afford it because if you could afford it you would probably give it some more thought.. First off you don't usually wanna leave a few grand on the table so you request quotes from multiple different businesses. Second, buying stuff without even looking at the price (which is what you imply) is just a very very good way to not have a business anymore after a month - you can make millions and if you're idiotically shedding 10k in every purchase you make you won't last long and you sure as hell won't be able to compete if you need to. Just because the numbers are big it doesn't mean they're infinite. Stop saying this dumb s.

Is screws for injection molding made in same way
Long answer: Screw (which is essentially a threaded steel shaft) are made from drawings . Be it any drawing/design. This has nothing to do with post-use. Be it a injection molding, plastic extrusion, rubber extrusion, blow moulding, any process, any polymers, any product making machine. Feed Screw are made in same manner. Although part of plastics industry, this is not related directly to plastics processing process and polymer science. It's just Precision mechanical engineering. Send your drawing and take a real screw made from that drawing. This is on you .. where you want to use this screw. However screw manufacturer does R&D and from their Vast experience (24x7 making feed screw) they can suggest/solve/ designs/queries related to your plastic processing. Short Answer: Yes sir, injection molding screw are made in same way.
