Emylee, thank you for your dance tutorials 🙏🏻 You’re a very talented girl and a shuffle instructor. It is very valuable that you are constantly evolving, learning new moves, dance directions and share it with us. I began to dance because of you, you inspire so much 🙃 ! Muzzing is very cool and I can say your first muzzing tutorial is the best from all KZread 😎

You still got 'it' ... Caught up a bit today on newer posts, dancing ones mostly. Take care. You look happy and settled. Cheers!!!

Girls used to dance kind of like this back in 2000... mesmerizing when done well and not as taxing as shuffling...hard house/hard style...everything comes back. Wasn't called muzzing back then though, not sure it had a name.

Apparently a lot of our issues are due to eating processed foods. I looked into the NOVA groups of foods and I am mainly eating organic and only whole foods and all my issues have solved as well as losing a lot of fat! Just saying in case it can help you too!

I appreciate you trying to help people with this, but you really need to understand the difference between a glide and a slide. You're teaching incorrect terminology with the moves you're doing. Understanding hip hop culture (where some of the moves came from) will help immensely.
