  @@LogosLFTG trying to replicate it in unclepunch, do you just hit the opposite direction as soon as falco's 4f of landing lag is over? i'm using frame advance and it still doesn't look as CRISPY as yours. Even tho i see falco turn around, keep getting fair for some reason.

  smash turn bair, actually super easy to do if you practice it, and very simple to do after laser you just land after the laser, turn around, jump and drift in the direction you lasered, and bair all in one motion it's so much more lenient than it looks if you land the laser while they're still airborne a good way to see how it works is go into a walk, not run/dash, and turn around as you jump and bair. if you can keep the walk momentum then you've got the input down. doing it after a laser is really similar but imo a little easier cause you dont really have to enter walk

  @@Aefax that's not correct. What you're referring to is a turnaround bair which requires a 3frame turnaround animation. "Smash turn" is a pivot which requires a 1frame dash+jump input. It's much harder but faster

  @@Aefax he did the smashturn (pivot) Westballz actually invented it back around 2017, then Magi started consistently implementing it around 2021 I think Logos and Bobby are the only other players that really use it atm
