Utterly worthless advice. Instead, try NAC, guanfacine, and pentoxifyllene. Unfortunately, the latter two are prescription meds, so you're going to have to talk your doc into prescribing them. There are two excellent papers on PubMed that discuss a small trial with NAC and Guanfacine, and explains why they work.

I was hospitalised november 2021 with covid pneumonia. Had to be intubated, had tracheostomy, medically induced coma. Got out of hospital in january 2022 but never fully recovered. Long covid with brain fog, headaches, no energy, breathlessness etc ever since. Can't work more than 2 or 3 hours a week. Tired of feeling ill every day. Praying for a miracle cure. Medical breakthrough. Something that would make me well enough to return to work. I can't retire until june 2028 when i am 66. It seems a long way off.

I have had it for 6 months. I can't eat. I have lost almost 100 pounds. If I don't get cured soon I will die, I don't have enough body weight to last much longer. I am now unable to walk. I cant sit up for too long, anything I attempt to eat, causes me to gag and I am vomiting up nothing but saliva. I wish I was ☠. This is the worst thing that I have ever gone through. Everything stinks.😢 I go to sleep praying and begging G*d to take me in my sleep.

I will start to try your method of smelling essential oils for three months and hopefully it will help me,, im 38 i lost sense of smell in 2017, i have no idea how and why, im a personal trainer and always been so healthy, at the beginning i started to smell things like smoking then it got worse and i completely lost it all, i went to few doctors in london they told me i had extra meat pulips that needed to be removed so they made me do operation and promised me withen months i should get back my smell but it was lie all they cared about was my £7k, then i started to search online and watched videos of dr berg saying dont eat carbs and sugar , increase zinc, virami D pottasium B1 . Have ACV before bed, i did all those for a year still i never got back my sense of smell 😢.. its really affecting me, its really depressing me,, i will do anything to get back my sense of smell.. by the way my taste is getting worse and worse right now i can hardly taste anything 😢😢

First injection helped some she didn’t know it could help… second and third was a lot more helpful though… she still has some minor problems like strawberry, sesame oil and gasoline smell but everything are ok. She didn’t take “stellate ganglion block” But some say it was helpful. I left some link below. Hope it helps… if you have more questions let me know… I will help you what I can… By the way, below link girl is notting to do with us but we found very helpful. Try Shadbindu oil in nose regularly for 30 days the best way to recover from this scary parosmia. And if you are still struggling then try eating food cooked in mustard oil or try to have different pickles with your regular food it will trick your olfactory senses. Thank me later.

@@youseff21 - I did a number of things. • I saw an Ears, Nose, and Throat specialist who treated a severe allergy infection caused by the virus • I did 18 months of Smell Therapy, as described in this video • I changed my diet and avoided high gluten, corn syrup, and highly processed foods • Many vitamins and supplements, such as Zinc, that are recommended by doctors • I used Colloidal Sliver Nasal Spray 30ppm that included Eucalyptus in the ingredients • Exercise, Yoga, Tai Chi • I bought an Air Purifier for our bedroom • Meditation (Mentally remembering what things smelled like) It was a slow process. I noticed a big difference with the Specialist treatment and Smell Therapy. I tried everything else, looking for something that would work.
