You have to be very lucky to get some berliner curry wurst all the way down there in munich 😁 I'd recommend a white sausage with sweet mustard when you're in munich.

@@smivadee If you're passing through Bochum on your way to Gelsenkirchen you might want to try one at the Bratwursthaus. It's just a few minutes walk from the central station and it's arguably one of the best Currywursts in Germany.

You are supposed to peel the Weißwurst (white sausage). The casing is quite chewy and not tasty. Also, why didn't they give you a pretzel instead of a bun? Traditionally Weißwurst is served with a Brezn (pretzel), sweet mustard (the brown stuff that was inside the bun) and a Weißbier (wheat beer). They probably ripped you off because they saw you as a foreign tourist :(
