Great video enjoyed watching the raccoons …we had a pet raccoon her name was Roxy we raised her from a baby had her for about a year she was very mischievous

I thought that racoons that are out in daytime are rabbid.
Not necessarily my friend. Yes, raccoons are mostly Nocturnal but they will definitely come out during the day looking for food. And that's exactly what they were doing LOL. Take care!
Just got back to VA from TX. Got busted terracotta pots, stuff knocked over, and my bird feeder is about 30 feet down the mountain in a bunch of brambles. Could have been a bear, but the creatures that did this couldn't get the lid open on the sunflower seed container. Figure it had to be raccoons. Rrrr... Good video. Kent

I agree completely my friend! And unfortunately they've now come to expect it, I think that does more harm than good for wildlife, Just my opinion. Take care!

As soon as you set up on the picnic table, all I kept thinking was when one of those little characters would jump up and grab the food….lolollolol. Real funny stuff. You were a good sport about it too. Great job! As always, the content was superb. Thank you!! 👍🏻👍🏻

Poor little raccoons can't catch a break. People complaining about them being around their house😢 and then get upset when they're out in the woods where they belong. Then when they get out in the country along the creeks looking for their natural food, then the trappers and Coon hunters get them. There just in between a rock and a hard spot.

You had way more patience than I would have with those little buggers! My wife would have fed them dinner and we go hungry. You’re right they will open coolers and take your food. Even took silverware one time. I knew right away what was going on! They usually ambush at night in my experience. I thought that cornbread was going with the little guy.
Well I counldn't blame them, they are just used to campers feeding them. Now, as for patience, if they had gotten ahold of the cornbread, well that's a different story. LOL Take Care my Friend.

Trash pandas looking for a handout. Same up here in NW Missouri, they have gotten so acclimated to humans, they no longer fear.

Makes for little excitement having those little visitors in camp. I had the same problem in the Blue Ridge Mountains a few years ago, except with skunks. Buggers were almost like cats. Dirty rice looked really good.

Awwww those little rascals 😂 , looks like they were pretty young. My mom is turning 71 in August and is really looking forward to our camping trip to Marblehead 😊 ❤ . They won't hurt you as long as your nice to them and they love peanut butter balls , which I make for them all the time ❤

Those coons can be a real pain in the butt. The opening of your video was awesome. I have watched your videos for a long time. Do you just go to different campsites near you or do you have to drive along ways? My Dad is from Indiana. We used to go up there a lot, but haven’t been there for many years. Have you tried Vaseline saturated cotton balls for fire starters? They work great
Hi Jerry and you're absolutely right my friend. In fact for the past few months I have swapped over to the Vaseline and cotton ball for a fire starter. Also, in the episode I have coming out tomorrow, I had to break out my Flint and steel to get the fire started LOL. The lighter died. Take care!

Another fun camping trip! Spring time camping. Was the total eclipse a good view where you were? It was back several years ago here, before this last one. I didn’t even expect it to be prime viewing then so many began coming into town etc. I said well I’ll get my chair out and check it out. Wow! It got dark, chickens crowing, birds chirping, got cooler as it did. Dark. Than the reverse. It was wild! This last one , I wasn’t in the direct line.
