  Ouyang Ziyuan, a prominent Chinese scientist often referred to as the father of China's lunar exploration program, has raised doubts about the significance of India's Chandrayaan-3 lunar landing accomplishment. According to Ziyuan, the landing site, situated at 69 degrees south latitude, is not sufficiently close to the actual South Pole. He defined the South Pole as the region between 88.5 and 90 degrees south latitude. Additionally, Ziyuan pointed out that the Chandrayaan-3 landing was approximately 619 kilometers away from the polar region. It's worth noting that Ziyuan is not the first Chinese scientist to question Chandrayaan-3's achievements. Earlier, Pang Zhihao, a space expert from Beijing, had expressed the view that China is more advanced in various aspects of space exploration. Pang argued that China has the capability to send orbiters and landers directly into the Earth-Moon transfer orbit, a feat India cannot achieve due to the limited capacity of its launch vehicles. He also highlighted the advanced engine technology and larger lunar rover used by China. While India's Pragyan rover has a lifespan of only one lunar day and cannot endure the lunar nights, China's Yutu-2 rover, powered by nuclear energy, holds the record for the longest operational duration on the lunar surface.

  All this time, I thought it's like a tinted glass to shield the eyes from too much lights on the stage. I also one thought it's a teleprompter but it appears to be just only a transparent glass so there's no way it can reflect.

  They do for outside events so that the speaker can see the monitors more clearly as they can be difficult to read in sunlight. But to answer your question, from the audiences perspective, it looks like the speaker is looking right at them. If it was 1 way mirror, the solid coating would block the speaker’s face for some people.
