How does "nara" work with -na adjectives? I'm preparing for JLPT so I would like to know the official use, not the casual / spoken version. For example: Kirai nara, tabenakutemo ii desu yo. - If you don't like it, you don't have to eat it. OR Kiraina no nara... etc. OR something else? Thanks a lot! :)

I’ve been studying Japanese since 2016. Thousands of hours in. And this video is in my top 10 easy. Informational, and grabbed my attention with very little special effects, just beautiful history kept me content . Thank you so much.

What a fantastic video! It has some simple sentences, some more complex sentences and repeats a lot of vocabulary so you get multiple exposures. Thank you! This is such a great formula for language learners. Plus it's educational. I'd love to see some similar videos but maybe about a single activity. One for playing music, one for sports, one for cooking, etc. Thanks!

    いい質問ですね。仕事から電車に乗りながら聞いて、「まあ、今日はどうやって嬉しくなるのかな…」と思ってました。今日は楽しくピックニックしたり散歩したりしてみたいと決めました。意味のないことをもっとしたいんです。

For the painting pictures example, wouldn’t it also be 「(私は)絵を描くのが下手」? Is it also natural? I would appreciate it if a native Japanese speaker or someone who speaks fluent Japanese can answer this. Thanks! By the way, I really liked his video, it was helpful for me 😊

I miss Kyoto so much! I just want to discover and enjoy it more! 素晴らしくて静か京都が大好きです。京都にはたくさんの歴史的と文化的遺産が有ります。京都のお寺とお神社の建築は美しい、庭園で茶道を楽しむことと生け花を見ることは素敵!春の時に桜の満開景色を見に行きたい。日本の千年古都は最高!

Wages in Australia and America are higher compared to Japan. In Japan, wages don't increase much, and relative to wages, taxes and house rents are quite high.😂😂😂Additionally, Japanese people are racist towards foreigners. It's true that there is a lot of racism in Japan.😢
