Adrian Prado | Bakersfield Realtor
Hey there, my name is Adrian Prado & it's truly a blessing to serve as your local realtor here in Bakersfield, CA & Surrounding Areas!
Through numerous conversations about real estate and a growing presence on social media, I've encountered many individuals who find the home buying or selling process overwhelming and scary. From growing up right here in Bakersfield, CA and having a deep-rooted understanding of the local market, I firmly believe that God has placed a calling on my life to assist families in finding their dream home. All this while also educating and supporting them throughout the journey.
However, beyond transactions, my true passion lies in building genuine relationships and spreading God's love throughout the process. There's nothing more fulfilling to me than witnessing a family receive the keys to their dream home, knowing that I've had the privilege of being a part of such a significant moment in their lives.
Blessings,
Adrian Prado

This home is clean! 💯🔥
Thanks bro I needed to hear the message of love ❤️ I struggle with emotional trauma due to disappointment and rejection from my narcissistic parents abuse since childhood to growing up just wanted to share ❤ keep up this video work is not in vain bro ✌️
Prices today are insane! God bless realtors. You guys have tough job! This house is worth no more than 150k. Its a damn cracker jack box!! Im glad i bought my home before this crap started.
In almost every state east of the Mississippi River you can get a 5,000+ sqf brand new for that price. But lefty californians please stay in California.
This house is $462k now you’re being ridiculous. There is no jobs in Bakersfield.
800k in Bakersfield no way
ONLY AN IDIOT WILL BUY
Is there an HOA and what is the tax rate?
as soon as u said northwest i knew it was ridiculous price 2760 shouldnt be more than 350k
Yep, people pay for location. But you really cant find any home over 2760 sqft under $400k anywhere in Bakersfield that is moderately nice.
Amen brother!!. God bless!
God bless!!
This is a very outdated house for the price. I wouldn't pay that price for that house
i hear you. the pool is what brings it up in value, people will go to extremes for a pool in this price range
700k to be in bakersfield is crazy gango’ texas you pay maybe not even half of that and get the same shit if not more 🤣
you're right, its half the price in texas. people pay for location, believe it or not. homes are selling in the 700k-1.5million everyday in Bakersfield, depends on your preference.
Is a corner lot cheaper or more expensive than a cul-de-sac lot?
it also depends on the lot size, but cul de sac lots are more expensive for the most part. more privacy and less cars going through
Huh, $400k, that’s ridiculous. No jobs in Bakersfield, high crime rate. It’s a terrible town.
Yes $400k is the bare minimum now for a new home in a nice area of Bakersfield, supply and demand.
@@adriannpradohuh, maybe a nice new community but go out 360 it’s bad. I used to live in Stockton, Sacramento, drive to Delano, Bakersfield. Why I know.
is this a joke 750k? I’ll give you a loose paper clip, some belly button lint, and a string of yarn for it.
250k florida home.
Why would they build a luxury home in Bakersfield?
True! 😂
All the houses are so close to each other because the house nearly goes to the fence. Hard pass, that’s not ideal for anyone I know 💀
$699.900 Ha Ha Ha You would have to pay me 100 X's that just to live in Baskerville. . You should add shots of all the homeless camps along with this.
Great idea! I would have, but there weren't any nearby. I would have had to drive all the way downtown to get some shots of that, this home is far out in the Nortwest area where there isn't much of that.
Property is too small. What's going on with those small back yards.
tiny lots over there its crazy that thats legal.
Almost $700k in Bakersfield?! We’re doomed
But Bakersfield low-key has some beautiful underrated homes.

I think you meant to say Far North EAST side of Bakersfield You mentioned it later that’s it’s east Also the last third of your video you missed an opportunity to walk around the whole property like the side and the out side of the home and surrounding homes. Also could have talked about building a shop or ADU in the back and pool. Sell the property make it easy to close in peoples minds. You skimmed over solar that you could have shown the array also what a waste of energy if there is no battery and for that price a natural gas generator would be awesome addition. The building could have added more concrete to the patio and making it flush with the farthest edge. Someone who buys this house is gonna have toys, an RV, boat or trailer. The sink in the laundry mat should have matched the rest of the sinks. Also they need to decide black or gold for everything is like they couldn’t get all of one color so they mixed and matched. The white grout is gonna be fun to clean and stay clean. They should have gone with a darker grout. If you have kids you know what happens or pets. On the “Flex unit they could have added a door that slides and goes into the wall to make it easier on the new owner to convert into another living space. You didn’t talk about HVAC or utilities. Save yourself some time and put in the video you can say it briefly. I like how they don’t use grass in the front. This house is not worth 800k+ Thank you for your video I enjoyed it. God Bless
Yes, the North East! I filmed three homes that day, I was out of it already🤣
I miss Kyle Carter homes.
That’s what I wanna do upgrade my house I bought my new home in 2020 Jeremy willer construction I want a big lot
How are people even able to afford 700k homes in bakersfield. What do you guys do! lol
There’s lots of money out here oil and contractor field work money we are talking millions .
It’s nice, but I’m not paying $750 to live in Bakersfield.
True. I rather pay $750k for a studio in a bigger city...
Power lines is a HUGE red flag. You cocouldn't give me this house.
Nice house but it’s 250k overpriced..
I don't like the way the entrance the bedrooms right instead of the open concept first so weird. The master right next to the kitchen an yes over priced
Interest too high, prices too high, no pool in this hm not worth to buy now. Save your $ gents house prices or interest must come down or we will have a house crush. Be patient.
Damm can you fit your couch or fridge through the front door? Seems very skinny
It’s big enough for the 7/8 scale furniture in the home
I think you need to start a whole new channel that specifically praises the Lord. This is really not the one when you’re showing houses. Remember, everybody’s got a different view about how we got here and where we’re going not to say that what you’re saying is wrong or not true but this should be focused on the house and the task in hand…. Js
Hey there, I understand where you are coming from but I am not here to please everyone. I am only here to serve others in a loving way and share with them the hope that is found in Jesus Christ, the Savior or the world. The truth is that God is perfect, humans are sinners, and God so loved us, that he came down as Jesus to live the perfect life you and I could not live, and suffered the death for the salvation of the human race. I have found a hope that I cannot keep to myself! Hallelujah! Feel free to cut the videos short or maybe check out some other youtubers! There are some other great content creators out here in Bakersfield! John 14:6 "Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." Galatians 1:10 "Am I now trying to win the approval of human beings, or of God? Or am I trying to please people? If I were still trying to please people, I would not be a servant of Christ."
Homeboy, just took us to church while showing us some real estate
Amen
I’m sorry but that ain’t no almost half a million dollar home! That is insane that this is what you get for that much money! Somehow this is being normalized? Absolutely absurd
Prices have gone up a lot! The crazy thing is I would have to check if this home is available because of how many people are buying
@@adriannprado just cuz of all this “inflation” more like price gouging still don’t make that home worth 430,000 that’s a straight rip off to the American people!
For that price, you can buy Brand New
Imagine having to buy a lawn mower for that small patch of grass 😂
The backyard comes with no landscaping, only the dirt lot.
If that is almost 400k I’ll be sitting on a million dollars soon with my two story.
This home is now in the $400s, so possibly!
Love there homes just wish they had big enough backyards for a pool and a patio
Hey, they do have some with bigger lots. I also know of some other homes in the area with big yards, were you looking for a home? Send me a message if so 661-371-9580, lets find you something!
@@joshuastubblefield8961 exactly! It’s all a ripoff! Ya he might know of homes in the area with bigger lots but you ain’t gonna be paying 430,000 trust and believe you will be paying well above 550,000 for a “premium lot” it’s all BS
Froelich did some of the worst houses in this neighborhood
The layout of the house is very odd and small master bedroom and small living area. I bought in Gosammer Grove community for less than half of this price and the house is massive. Down side is in my community property tax is double.
Yeah, I hear you when it comes to other new construction homes. I'm reserving new homes for clients left and right with lennar, dr horton, etc.. The reason for the pricing on this home is because of the neighborhood it is in, which matters to some that really want to be in the neighborhood.
Ridiculous house prices
Eat balls california
How is it so cheap no way that price in cali
It looks like a bunker not cozy at all …master bedroom next to the kitchen! Are you kidding? 😂
What side of Bakersfield?
This home is located in SW in the 93309 zip code off of Ashe Rd & Ming Ave
Handsome man ❤
