They shoukd make. For master bedroom they should make 2 closet spreated that way we dont have to share it. And closet being in the bathroom what if we have to get ready to go and some one is in the bathroom then cant get ready so no good closet in the bathroom.

Hey, thank you man!! These homes only come with landscaping done in front yard. Almost all new homes will only have front done, just dirt in back yard. God bless!

Yeah you're correct, if you are willing to live in the middle of the country this is not the right option for you! I would never advise moving here if you just want the biggest house for the cheapest price. I would recommend another state for sure! But for someone wanting to live in California and still be 1.5 hours from all that California has to offer, this is perfect! A home like this in Los Angeles is easily $1M, and there are thousands moving here from Los Angeles! The Home Builders cant keep up with the demand!

Man!!! LGI could have made this house bigger. Look how much backyard and side yard you have...what a waste. I would rather buy a house that has a bigger square footage with a small back yard than buying this. You will spend at least $25k-$50k to build a nice landscaping for this backyard. I'll definitely pass on this. Not a good investment. I would rather buy an older house where there's already has upgrades and the backyard is already done.😎😎😎

They have options for every buyer, there are homes from 3-5 bedrooms, one story and two story. I will be posting two other floorplans this week, so keep a lookout! Not everyone is in the same price range or can afford the larger homes in the neighborhood, so this is their cheapest floorplan. A lot of buyers are taking advantage of this very good investment for ~$2,700 a month rather than paying rent on an apartment.

Too small, cookie cutter and no island. They could've took some of that back yard space to expand the home. Not for me.

There are people happily buying these homes. But yeah, this can definitely go for $200k in a place like Texas, not California. There is a great youtube channel @NavaRealtyGroup and they showcase homes just like this in Texas where the pricing is lower!
