Hello, my name is Ricky Nowis. A trainspotter from Scarborough North Yorkshire although born and bread in Harrogate. This channel brings you HD videos of outings to different locations throughout the North at the moment. The annual holiday's each year and trips to new locations.
I have a learning disability known as low level autisum which effects my learning skills but everyday I am learning and developing new skills. Just because I am different doesn't mean. Please don't judge me on this as there are millions of people who have learning disabilities. I am keen to make new friends and reunite with the long time friends.
Most of the videos of Real Train Time captions of the workings, time and unit or locomotive numbers. I also use Open Train Times as well which is useful after more than 7 days. The upload days will be some Wednessay's but mostly Sunday's.
Thank you for showing your support and will hopefully see you all soon.

Superb video Ricky I would like to visit Glasgow Central have to find out if there is a premier inn near the station. Thank Ricky.
Thank you Tom, happy to hear you've enjoyed it. Been there fairy recently and I did see quite a few hotels there :-)
Excellent video Ricky. Unexpected seeing 170428 with a 158 arrived at Edinburgh from Dundee (Ian doesn't like that turbostar). Thanks for sharing 👍
Yeah, it does happen with ScotRail with 158 and 170 combo, even Northern has started doing it now on Sundays. There'll be a class 158 that'll run between Scarborough and Hull. At Hull, the class 158 will couple onto a class 170 to run express to Sheffield. Many thanks Arnold :-)
Nice video! Keep detailed like this.
Thanks very much :-)
@@RickyNowis You are welcome! 🙂😊
Cool video. Nice one. Hope you're having a great weekend. 😀
Thank you. Likewise, have a nice weekend as well :-)
Transport for Wales is the best train company transport
That's good to hear on your opinion :-)
I like the Class 139s they are so mini and cute
They are okay, they are the Baby Pacer buses :-)
Great video. Like me.
Thank you :-)
F_A_N_T_A_S_T_I_C___V_I_D_E_O ___Thumbs Up and best Greeting
Thank you Thomas :-)
Nice video!
Thanks very much :-)
@@RickyNowis You are welcome! 🙂😊
This was a great day! Great shots there too, Ricky. Shame I didn't bump into you at Oxenhope but if you saw some mad looking person holding up a tripod above the crowds that wouldve been me 😅
Too right it was Reece, an epic Diesel Gala this has been. I didn't see you at Oxenhope but I know who to look out for now :-D
why would anyone want to copy this?
Because there could be people that would try and copyright this onto their channel. Hence why the message is up there and will remain there :-)
@@RickyNowis please yourself, the point is it's not worth re-using
random fact nobody cares about: 170478 at 4:24 is my desktop wallpaper
Ah nice one cool :-)
Nice! Keep going detailed like this. Good?
Thank you, I will do :-)
@@RickyNowis Thank you very much and you are welcome! 😊🙂
Brilliant video Ricky. Thank you 😊
Thank you David, happy to hear you've enjoyed it :-)
Nice!
Thanks very much :-)
Nice video! I like it! Keep doing like this, such as: head code, train route and time, date and train vehicle model and number.
Thank you, will do :-)
Hey Rick it was a pleasure meeting you that day.. great clips
Hey Bradger Jennion. Likewise, was great to have met you as well. It was a grand day and good spot at Wigan :-)
Nice video! I like details about head code, train route and time and also the vehicle numbers. Last but not least: the date. So keep doing like this. So keep upload videos with such details please.
Thank you, happy to hear your enjoying it. I will be looking into more ways of producing information onto the videos for 2025 :-)
Nice video. Have a great weekend. 😀
Thank you. Same to you :-)
A great video Ricky, hope life is treating you well 😊😊😊
Thank you. Yeah, life is good thanks. Getting there at a steady pace. Likewise, hope things are well with you :-)
Ricky Nowis your videos are very nice
Thank you :-)
Thank you for sharing your day in Birmingham Ricky. My favourite station was Stourbridge Junction. I like the class 139s, they're quirky little railbuses. 😊🚂
The class 139 is a strange railbus but it does the job. Reminds of the old Pacer trains we used to run on the rail network. Thanks Richard :-)
Great video I just saw an error at the start you put a 334 not a 333
It's the Class 323 that are leaving from West Midlands Railway soon
Majority of them are transferred across to Northern. Only few more to go now :-)
The rain gave a great ASMR effect! (Great spotting too) - Newcastle lad 👍
The down fall did make it satisfying to film trains under the umbrella. Thanks Bob :-)
Amazing trip to Birmingham a lot of a variety of trains.
Thank you Joel. A tricky day which made it more interesting :-)
Needs to have a visit from the weed killer🌻🌻🌻🌻
Well, DRS used their class 37's nearly everyday from York along the Yorkshire Coast but we don't know what will be running them this year :-)
no DVT ting?
Not on this day unfortunately. ASELF Union had an overtime ban for drivers which resulted in a revised and reduced services by Chiltern Railways. Still, at least they kept trains running to London :-)
Cool visit to Wolverhampton Ricky. Ive also got a quick question why does London northwestern only do 4 car units from Birmingham to Liverpool?
Thanks Joel. It's because during the peak times, London North Western Railway runs every half hourly hence for the reduction of carriages :-)
Thanks
Great stuff Ricky
Thank you Arnold, happy to hear you've enjoyed it :-)
Cool video. Have a great weekend. 😀
Thank you. Same to you as well :-)
A great video Ricky. Hope life is treating you well 😊😊
Nice vid
Thanks very much :-)
I didn’t know Scarborough bound trains could use the Hull bound platform! Something wrong with the opposite side? Not sure what the platform numbers are now. Used to be 4, 5 and 6; the latter being the bay.
Yep, they can do if the signal wanted them to do so. I believe they were carrying out works on the footbridge hence for the temporary footbridge. Also, makes it easier for those with pushchairs and wheelchairs as there are no lifts here. They would've used the foot crossing with station staff assisting :-)
Ah the home of the little bubble, always a good time to be had there
The frequent Bubble as well. It's a nice station and good noteables of class 172's. Also, the former London Overground class 172's. They do suit the West Midlands Railway livery and branding well :-)
139S YAYYY Good video matey 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Thank you :-)
Nice to see trains like the 139s and west midland trains.
Well, the small and unique vehicle to say the least. On my opinion, described as the Baby Pacer :-)
That is 1 busy station, you would need real-time trains to keep up with the movements. Good variety though. Plenty of Desiros. Thanks Ricky
Yep, indeed definitely needed it Tom. Also Open Train Times and Trasky are very useful. Thank you Tom :-)
Always good for the variety at New Street
It is, managed to get both sides of the station in this time. Totally worth it. I hope you don't mind me asking, did you catch a ride on 350404 (I think) it was from New Street?
Nice video!
Thank you :-)
@@RickyNowis You are welcome! 🙂😊
Great variety of trains Ricky its nice to see the 196s are in service and the 730s
Birmingham New Street has good mixture of variety. It is, they look absolutely stunning. Thanks Joel :-)
8:42 i hate these trains 🤮
Ah the 350/2, fair enough. Well, they've had their first class removed and all standard class now. To be fair, they are good for commuter and stopper services runs now :-)
I guess the middle track is freight only
It is yes and for through passenger workings as well :-)
