I can do 50 kg pullup and can’t front lever or one arm pullup bodyweight 72.5kg. So how can you do all these incredible skills with only 40kg weighted pullup.

when you say to train them (& various other skills you've talked about on your channel) 2x a week, would that be as part of a ppl type split? I've been doing full body x3 & idk how i'd make pull ups twice a week work in my split. Is it worth switching? I'm @+22.5kg 3x5 rn. And on a sidenote, what are your thoughts on the different splits (ppl, ul, sa/ba, full body etc)?

for people who is under 18 don't do a cut because you will not grow and your body development would be affected, its better to do a lot of cardio, eat healthy, tracking how much protein you need to eat a day for example I need 176g of protein a day and get everything mostly from training, then when you are 18 you can cut

After a bulk going from 56kg to 85kg in almost a year and a half, with a height of 170cm, i was so heavy that i almost replace calisthenics with gym because i barely could do a muscle up, now after a 6 months of cut, i weight 70kg and im back with calisthenics and i feel invencible on the bar, my goal for now is to keep this weight with my body fat percentage and currently training front Lever and handstand pushups without wall

I see that you are very good at providing valuable information. I respect every video that you posted and I like your style and the useful tips that you provide. I feel you are the right person to ask for tutorials, so here I am )) . please do a tutorial on the swing 360 but if you can, do it for someone who does not have access to a low bar, only to a high bar. Show steps on how to learn it safely and overcome the fear. also please do a tutorial on hefesto and impossible dips and for impossible dips talk about that pain on the triceps when we lean back and how to avoid it. I personally have the same problem for leaning back in V- Sit. If it is a flexibility issue please show us how to overcome it safely and efficiently
