Easy to follow.. Learned that the entire sensor is done by feel. Took about an hour.. Mostly just trying to align the screw back up to the hole.

Im in the process of gutting the entire interior... Boxing on the inside of the exterior walls all have termite damage. Sill plates and rim joists are rotted. All windows and doors are shot. Limestone block foundation isn't terrible, but is being repointed. New everything, inside and out...

I have a 2011 Mercedes Gl350 likethe one you had andinstalled a catch can but that caused me to loose the engine : let me explain , live in Ottawa region and on a very cold day ( -40C ) an ice plug formed in the catch can piping and crank case pressure went to hell and the engine spilled all of it's oil after it busted the piping and engine locked up 7000Cad later replaced the engine and had to reconnect the dam PCV back , but what i'm doing is simply splitting the recommanded oil change intervals by half so changing oil every 7500Km instead of 15k

I would think you need at least a 5k watt inverter to run a microwave without issues. 1500 would go into protect mode which would be very annoying.

So Hustler has admitted they have an issue with the frame design. They sell (but should offer for free ) a beefed up bracket kit to keep the frame from flexing. That's why his mounting bracket is cracked. When that flexing occurs the drive belt fans hit the drive belt , which breaks or derails the belt .

Hi i just found your video on the 2011 compass and i have a 2012. I have some other things that need to be worked on but nobody seems to know where to find this part. Since you could deal with a compass that is identical to mine, I was thinking you may know the answer or at least be able to lead me to your resource that would have the answer. I'm getting a bad read on a fan motor relay and everybody keeps pointing me to the fuse box, but it's an actual big giant chunky relay and nobody can seem to figure out where it is and so only one of my fans is working and the other one doesn't. My thought was that the relay is on the back of each fan that I cannot find a resource to give me the correct answer. And since you actually have a compass that you work on all the time, I felt you were a good source to ask and hoping that you have the time to answer or or send me a link to the video that you've made that covers the information.lol. I guess I want to know how do I find more of your Jeep compass repair videos not just this one. Or do you guys have a family email that I can email you More questions? Thank you in advance for your hopefully coming response😊

You can get cable glands to put at the entry point through the body, that's what I did. It's a little plastic tunnel that inserts through a hole with threads, then you tighten down the nut on the opposing side to lock it to the metal wall. Then it has another larger nut on the exterior side that you tighten down after the cable is in place and it shortens/tightens down a rubber grommet to water seal the wiring through the wall. I highly recommend. They come in various sizes, I used a bunch of number 10 gauge wires from Lowes instead of a solid single cable, it was just easier to route and deal with with the way I ran it through the firewall in the kick panel area. WI think I used PG 19 or PG22 size. 4x 10 gauges on the positive and another set on the negative.

A piece of worn out T-shirt pressed between socket and nut or bolt head works great for retaining nuts or bolts so they don't fall out, especially SS non-magnetic fasteners. Thank for sharing, was going to come up from underneath 😊

My 3rd gen is performing flawlessly so far with a + 80hp tune, catch can, oil cooler and amsoil coolant/oils so far. I dont tow with it but it does push 42” tires around doing crazy offroading ~ 70% of its miles in my Gladiator. I’ve appreciated learning insights from you im sad to see it go

My 104 year old CT beach cottage is balloon framed. I'd have never bought it had I know. The back wall where a back porch was turned into a two story addition back before no doubt permits were required is bowed outward and the roof dips towards the main roof and splays outward as well, due to lack of proper reinforcement. I doubt where the outside wall of the porch was removed to make it an inside part of the dining room is properly supported either as the bedroom above has a floor that dips badly. I had a turnbuckle installed in the attic to keep the roof from splaying any further. I wish you wanted a beach holiday and could come fix my house!
