That is a very fantastical theory and not a shred of an explanation of how you came to this theory. Universal contraction rather than expansion? It has been proven that different parts of the universe are moving at different speeds and not all is moving outward. (as would be expected if big bang was real) Your theory sounds interesting, but unlikely especially if it is related to universal expansion (big bang) theory.
