Thanks for pointing this flaw out...was going to buy a Brisa before watching this video and you saved me some grief from my short wife. Can you expand on the LuminAire's problem of "bottom breaking on shipping"? I don't see a good comparison of the two out-of-box solutions - how about making a video that compares the two?

I'm looking at one of these and have kinda the same issue I was going with the 78 but I have couple spot where my brick mold is 77 3/4 so I was thinking of trimming the 1/4 inch off the top of my brick mold so it will set back in like it's supposed too .

Thanks a bunch, I REALLY appreciate the insight!!!!! Extremely helpful video! If anyone is reading this prior to watching his video--- DO NOT attempt to take the screws out that are under the top of the frame (as he mentions not to do). Those screws adjust the contact between the rollers and sliding track. Turning those screws too much in the wrong direction can break the plastic rollers and/or sliding track.

Are there any warning signs that this needs to be replaced? I just bought a 2006 100 series Land Cruiser with 160k Miles, learning about this deadly possibility has me on edge, When I turn the key to on the pump ''pump''s for 28 seconds I heard this is a good indicator of health? Any info would greatly greatly be appreciated

Wow I'm glad I live in Florida. No rust anywhere on my 2006 tundra Yes, the e brake cable should adjust the e brake. Once the shoes are touching the drums, it won't adjust until the shoes start to wear out again At least that's how it's supposed to work

Take the door down, then remove the screws from both sides, then use a 2x4 as a wedge to knock the lower frame off, replace both wheel assembly at one time, replace the lower frame, replace screws, put door back in adjust hight. Replace track if necessary.

I just installed one of these doors after trying one at a friends house ( a different brand ) The Anderson does not fit or work as well as the other brand. The screen seems loose when closed and doesn't retract completely without help. I bought the Anderson because I have always used their windows. Unfortunatly I don't know what brand the one I liked was. Not impressed...

You can't get this type of door out. The track at the bottom is too high. I have been trying to do it several times, but couldn't get it over the track because there was not enough space at the top. The professional guy whom I called did exactly the same like in the video.

Is this the same part and process for the 2011 Toyota 4Runner? I’m having a difficult time finding instructions for this particular body style. The assembly is difficult to find outside of Toyota factory. I am considering replacing just the electric motor part to avoid drain/refill on the brakes, but i cant find any information specific to the part used on the 2011 4Runner. Any links or help or guidance are appreciated.

I've read that having the exhaust system on top of the screen can damage or deteriorate the screen, due to the hot air blowing out. I see that your video is 10 years old, so I'm wondering if you've had screen damage since then. My screens are next to impossible to remove. Thank you.

I know this is an old post, but what type of grease did you use? I have the same problem in my Chevy. The original switch/hoses and the replacement ones I got at the junkyard all leak. I've read not to use dielectric grease, petroleum jelly or super glue. In the Chevy trucks it defaults to vents. If you need your defrost, you're screwed.

Just the video I was looking for. It seems that you get better components for the money, with the current hard tail mountain bikes. As an older rider, I'm not sure how long I'm going to be able to handle the more aggressive position. The option to convert gives me the long-term ownership prospects i'm looking for.

Sorry to jump in but i am facing this issue myself. He said that he suspects the relay can be the issue and that you can possibly buy the relay n swap it out but that they are not cost effective.
