  Nah because this actually gave me a panic attack. When he started saying no and trying to say comforting things I covered my head with my hands and started repeatedly saying "I'm sorry! I'm sorry! I'm sorry!" Over and over again, as well as crying. As someone who still struggles with SH, not even knowing why I do it, this kind of scared me. But it also helped a lot. I don't usually cry much, especially this year (I know, I know. You don' twanna hear my sob story and I sound like every basic pick-me brat. But listen), so this really helped me let out some of the emotions I had been subconsciously locking away. So thank you. I am zero days clean as of now, but I'm trying. Alright, I know, this was a long stupid story that no one asked for but read anyways because you're good people. I'm done.
