...yo ass? Watch what you're writing! Katherine Jackson used to sing Country (maybe also Country Gospel) and Joseph Jackson accompanied her on guitar when they were younger. So most probably La Toya heard (and sang) much of that style of music for many years at home. I also think that La Toya could have become an interesting Gospel singer with her lyric voice (as opposed to all the shouters). Well, hopefully she will one day soon. Here her voice reminds me of Olivia Newton John.

She performed another song on this show I thought as well. I can't remember. But I have seen the outfit before. And I think that in the performance she stat down on one of the dancers bad during a dance routine. Thanks for posting this gem. I would love for there to be a performance from the Imagination Era. I know it never happened due to the company folding but Lord I love that album from start to finish and I would love to see her perform the title track. I know the Baby Sister in Japan performance. But I hope and pray that there is another performance or two of her doing other cuts from the album.

Love this! I always wished she performed "Stop! In the Name of Love" but sadly I don't think she ever did. This is probably one of her last performances before she broke away from Gordon...

Yeah I wish we had more performances from this era. They probably were all on obscure European talk shows like this one at the time. This might be the only performance from the era. I am glad we have one performance from this era at least. I wish she did tours to promote these albums like From Nashville to you and Stop in the name of love instead of the strip club tour. There is one more performance from March 1996 in Copenhagen which is the only performance with her in blonde hair. There’s pictures of it. That was probably her last performance with Gordon.

For some reason I think there were some Middle Eastern performances she did before she officially broke with JG. I remember reading that in late 1995-early 1996 La Toya had did some "touring" via the Middle Eastern countries. I am not sure how accurate this is...but it would fit in with some of her writings and mentions. I know that Jermaine was fairly well known for going to the ME and performing and making the religious pilgrimage. So who knows.

I do think it would of been a club show like the Slovenia performance where it’s 3 songs plus Sexual Feeling but who knows? The other song she performed from SITNOL album is “Baby Love” but that was recorded before this album was made like back in the late 80s lol.
