Great video, thanks very much.
Thank you for this excellent video. I was able to fully rebuild my carb perfectly 👍🏻
Hi on my Bandit 600 WVA8 year 2000 the L is flashing fast when in neutral but i doesnt turn into the 1.. i pluged the green cable onto the black / blue one but it doesnt go to the next gear. Can u help me out?
Just follwed this video to complete the NOVA form, for my M2R pit bike... Once i get a notification back.. What form do i fill in next?
@@RGD-Repairs after this form you will need to get a v55 form to apply for the log book. I also have a video on this form if you want to check it out
I’m pretty sure the thick part of the race goes downward
@@ryanbrown6708 Hi. notice the new bearing is already in place. This is a “TIP” video on how to show you how to install it without any special tools and not how to fit the actual bearing itself
i just got a 1988 suzuki katana. im using your videos to work on my bike as a reference. your bike looks amazing. i have a lot of work on my hands. im not much of a guy who likes to show everything on video though. i wish i could so i can make some content. thanks dude. iu appreciate your hard work and i ope i can mimic what you did
@@davidsantiago2075 thank you very much for the very nice comment. Trust me it’s not easy making the videos as well as doing the work but it’s nice to look back on. Also don’t worry about making videos unless you really want to for yourself as it can be stressful. As long as your happy with your bike that’s all that matters
looking to buy the kmxr i weight a pretty decent ammoun will i still be able to ride this
Hi you shouldn’t have any problem as they are a powerful enough little bike.
I have this exact bike in my yard now! A 2004 model. Makes me really want to get out there and get mine going! Great job, looks awesome
Thank you very much. I appreciate the kind comment
Hi where are you getting your spare parts from,I have the same bike
Hi I got most of the parts for this bike from www.cmsnl.com/?locale=en-us&gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAjwhIS0BhBqEiwADAUhcwzoGH-UZKEJLvSgp5G9m3m_kds7LZUkuPxZlqe0q8wrShwxEKKZyBoClNMQAvD_BwE I hope this helps
Sir what is the grade of the engine oil.
I used 10w40 on this bike
This is a good tip - but a question - is this the installation of the new race using the slotted old one ? Just hoping for some clarification.
Yeah this is for installation of the new race as if you don’t cut the old race it generally jams in and is hard to get out.
Super labombastic fantastic skolastic ☺👑👏👽👂👌❤✌🤝👃🚦🚐😘💯💘💋💕😍🥰🐬⚓🙏😇🌛☀👀🥽🦷🐳👍🤘🧠
Be sure to tighten the mix screw till it bottoms out first count in half turns of the screwdriver till it bottoms out then unscrew it if its your first time doing this and you just unscrew first you wont really know how far to screw it bk in but with this method when you put the screw back in you just bottom out the screw and count backwards to get it in the position it was in before
Hi bro, Nice video 🎉 , can you please tell me the name of the handgaurds and wind deflectors on this motorcycle, , :)
Hi mate I have Front - 70/100-17 Rear - 90/100-14 Do you knows where I will find a set
For my front I got a 70/90-17 and waiting for a 90/90-14 but my front works fine I use my tube I got with it but it working fine
Awesome video. I'm about to clean my first set of carbs on my FZ1 you made it look a lot less complicated then others, just curious on what you used to clean everything seems to be mix debate from everywhere that i have looked
Thank you very much. I’m glad I could be of help. I find Brake cleaner will do fine for most of the cleaning but proper carb cleaner is better for removing the green or orange stains.
Only just found you fella but then haven’t been looking before now. My lad has got a 750 version so this and your other videos will be really useful. Thanks 👌🍻👍
Glad to be of help
im looking at this bike! im in UK and was looking at the rebel but im tall so its gonna be uncomfortable according to the dealership but they reccomended this bike
Yeah I would say with the slight foot peg adjustment and different seats available you would be comfortable on this bike up to at least 6 foot or even a bit taller
I am a fan of quieter. 5am going to work dont want to wake up the negherhood
Can you drive them at 16
Yes, but you're only limited to 50cc at 16, 125 when you're 17.
No unfortunately not the 160cc on the road anyway at 16
beautiful scream and engine responds very well
Thanks FerroH1338
How can I drive the dirt bike legally and how to get number plates
Does IT work in GSF 600 1997year ?
No this particular kit only works on the 98 on I’m afraid
What documents do I need to get an mot for a pit bike or can I do it once I receive the v5
?
HI mate i have a 2006 model 750 and the 2 pin connector on mine is green with blue line and red with black line i just scraping the outer wire off to show me some copper but its not working it is the same kit with the link you have put on here. and also i've removed my clock and used a glue gun to put it in place
It's almost impossible to get insuranced on this bike as I have everything done correctly, and I just can't seem to get insured bike sure wanted nothing to do with it as it has daytime mot which makes no sense as daytime MOT is just a MOT with advisory.
How many mms did he say?
Hi, how to programm indicator for only 5 gear suzuki bandit, because it dont stop flashing at 6 ?
Same problem
I've got one of these only 10000 miles love it
Yeah they are a great all round bike
you think i could wheelie one of them with out it combusting
Iam doing mine this weekend.... Those 2 & 3 plugs look bloody awful to get at
yeah I think from memory its no 3 that is really bad because the frame is pretty much over the top of it. You should get it with a 3/8" socket set with a long extension bar. They are really tricky but thankfully don't have to be done too often
It’s a race bike lmao keep the fairings
ty greeting from Thailand
Where did you buy the sprocket
Good quality restoration there bud ive got a black 750 version ive had it over 10years and now am thinking of changing the silver wheels on it from watching these videos💪👍 Just 1 question where did you get the gsxf badge from?
Thanks mate. I got the badges from CSML. They do a lot of new old stock parts www.cmsnl.com/
How do u have it showing what gears your in
Superb review mate, been torn between one of these and a rebel 500 for a while now, think this would fit my size better though. Great all round review anyway!
Thank you, very much appreciated
Sorry bout the delay in response. I just got home from offshore. I appreciate the links. Be careful and stay safe out there. Happy New Year's. Ty Cliff
Happy new year Cliff
It can't leak coolant, as it has none. It is an oil cooled engine mate.
Sorry if I said coolant. I know it’s just an oil cooled engine
Здравствуйте подскажите пожалуйста на Suzuki bandit GSF 600s , 2004 года подойдёт? И с каким цветом провода соединить зелёный отдельный провод?
Нашел?
@@alekzrock да , сам разобрался уже по картинкам
Nice . I just got a 2006 year. Hasn't run in @ 5 - 6 years. In great shape. Tank was drained before it went in storage. Any suggestions ? I'd greatly appreciate it. Ty
First thing I’d be doing is getting the carbs off and rebuilt. Then just a good service all round going through the engine and brakes to make sure she’s in the best possible shape. I’d imagine she could do with tyres too but inspect them well and see. After that get her mot’d and enjoy.
@@DarrenMcKinney1 thanks. And Yes. The tires are done..... Definitely getting new ones. Thanks Again. BTW. I've been looking in the Internet. Any suggestions on a good quality website for the carbs or high quality rebuilding kits. Much appreciated Ol Boy. Ty , Cliff
@@cliftonlake4156 I use wemoto for most of my parts although I also use Motorcycle Parts Warehouse and Fowlers too. For the likes of new old stock badges etc I use CMSL
@@DarrenMcKinney1 Thanks , I will take a look and d see over the holidays. There is a sport motorcycle shop a few clicks over in the next town. But , if I can do things myself , we both know that'll definitely save me some money on my project. Thanks again Lil Brother. Cliff
No problem Cliff. Any information I can help with about building parts of the bike let me know
How did u insure yours, cos am sturggling to insure mine and i just got log book last week.
yeah it is difficult. Bikesure is the only company I could get to do it
My katana was running real crappy and thought I needed to rebuild carbs, replaced the throttle position sensor and it made a big difference, no more back firing when I let off the throttle and back to snappy throttle response. wasn't looking forward to rebuilding the carbs.
Baffle out ❤
Dude this has an alternator right? Can i use the gsxr600 1990 model alternator?
Is this a alternative to nova?
@@DarrenMcKinney1 so if I do a v55 form an send it off on its own nothing will happen?
@@DarrenMcKinney1 I just tried to do nova but it said this I’ll copy an paste what it said
@@DarrenMcKinney1 No acquisitions is allowed if 'Date the vehicle was made available to you' is after 31/12/2020. Please amend your entry.
That’s right. They register your chassis number you see so nothing can be done until the nova is complete and they give you the go ahead to go to the next stage
No it’s not an alternative to the nova sorry just what the next step is
What if it’s after 2020
Hello for Suzuki Bandit GSF600 2005 L is flashing slow before the engine starts, then it flashes fast but no numbers 1,2,3 is showing, i think we do not wire correctly the green wire but so not know where for sure on this motor.. help?
Hi.. i have the same problem. Did you find the solution?
Hi mate did u ever change the rear sprocket on this bike? If so what size and what difference did it make with both changed?
Hi Josh yes I did change the rear sprocket on it before but I went too far and put the smallest one available on it which I wouldn't recommend as it was so high geared it couldn't take 4th without dining down. Just check which one is one yours and go down no more than 3 teeth to be safe
@@DarrenMcKinney1 cheers for replying mate, I’ve got same bike as you it came with same sprockets I’ve changed the front to 17 was gonna change the back to 37 do you think this will work?
@@MXJS160 yeah that should be fine. I wouldn't go any more than that.
Does this apply for the apollo 007 125cc
