I generally always ride faster than the speed limit, so if you're on my ass, it means you want to go even faster On multi-lane roads, no problem, I'll find a clear spot on the rightside lane and move over on single lane roads OTOH, eat my ass! I'll probably be doing close to 20% over the limit, I won't be going faster than that But there really needs to be a difference in judgement, right now ALL tailgating is seen as *the* offence, not the ones squatting the left lane below the speed limit

That’s your opinion and that’s fine. Clearly the country you live in does not care about stats and the safety of bikers. It’s safer for us to filter between vehicles and not sit at the back. Getting crushed between two vehicles because they don’t pay attention ain’t fun. As for a dangerous law.
