  I just had my first seizure Christmas 23. No family history. Luckily as of today 2/13/24 I haven’t had another but I was diagnosed with epilepsy due to a very abnormal eeg. I’m curious if you had an eeg and if so do you also have epilepsy. I wish you the best.

  I can relate! My 19 yr old just had one last month and I was so traumatized! I handled it horribly I was screaming and panicking and my husband was screaming call 911 I tried to call 911 but eyes wouldnt focus somy 16 yr old saved the day by grabbing the phone from me and calling 911 and handled everything so beautifully for me while I'm running around trying to get my shoes and purse to be ready to go to the hospital thank God they let me ride innthe Ambulance with her so I could see she was ok. It's so traumatizing for ALL involved. Hoping you feel better! We have her first neurology Apt in October
