    Man, that was insane! I hope you're doing well and fully recovered. You made a comment about New Yorkers or Californians wanting to be too clean. I agree there is something to be said for not living a sterile life. We have to be exposed to germs to build an immune system. My babies were in the grass and dirt as soon as they could crawl. But this is a different level. You could have gotten a wicked infection that turned septic but quick. I don't think anyone commenting was being total jerks. Just trying to pass on basic first aid. And sorry this is so long. For anyone watching in 2022 and going forward, please don't do this yourself. I'm not a doctor but a mom with a bunch of years of first aid experience plus seeing and learning by observation. This is dangerous and I'll talk about sterile environment in a sec. First off, our hands have so many tendons, ligaments, and fibrous tissue that could easily get screwed up by mistake. Then a couple hundred dollars procedure become tens of thousands of dollars. Back to the sterility...often people who do manual labor, especially with mechanics of any kind, have damn near permanent stains. His page has videos with a tractor or 4 wheeler (I barely glanced, sorry) so I'm positive like many southern boys, he does a lot of his own work on whichever it is. So I won't say if his hands have been washed or not. He did try to clean th would with, I think, peroxide. Recently I found out peroxide isn't a great disinfectant. But as this us a deep wound, I don't know if that still applies. Which is another good reason a medical professional need to take care of anything like this.

    Had one of these on the side of my hand/knuckle and thought it was a wart for the longest time. Tried removing it using all of the stuff that you would use for that until seeing the sack inside still not realizing it was a cyst. I swear it felt like that son of a bitch was stuck to the bone or something but finally ripped that sucker out like you did here. I just never thought cysts actually hurt when removing the sack which mine did but I'm guessing it just depends on where you get them.

    Naw it probably only hurt at first because of the pressure it was putting on the finger. The relief they felt after releasing that build up likely kept them from really feeling much while they worked

    I will have to check the pulleys on that piece of crap that I have sitting outside my backdoor. When I put the lever down now it doesn't feel the same. I don't feel that bit of resistance that I use to feel. I checked all of the belts and they feel good and tight though a little worn. It started OK after I put a charger on it because the battery was a bit low.

  • @jasonmcpherson1153

    got any suggestions for this problem i have...the lever that engages the blades is very tight and hard to push up? thanks for any tips

  • @jasonmcpherson1153
    @jasonmcpherson11534 жыл бұрын

    Hmmmm.....well. I l ow that lever has a steel braided cable attached to it, on the end of that cable is a stout spring, and that spring hooks to the tension pulley. Possibly maybe a shorter belt on the mower deck? May need to just get down there and observe it in action while somebody else pushes the lever for you slowly see if you can find out why it's so tight.

  • @jasonmcpherson1153
    @jasonmcpherson11534 жыл бұрын

    No no what am I thinking....longer belt. Maybe just take that one off, auto parts store sells all kinds of belts by length. Could try 1 an inch longer.
