So many people write nasty comments on every freaking video put on KZread which involves someone DIYing stuff like this. KZread expert doctor commenters are free; real doctors are not. I can guarantee this dude washed his hands after and treated the wound like every freaking person does. I'm sure it's a hella lot less painful a thing to do AFTER the sac thing has been removed. Give the guy a break. EDIT: He was also applying hydrogen peroxide to it multiple times during this video.
