Yeosang is my ultimate bias for Ateez, partly because of his voice. Thank you for saying that his has a special voice that should be used much more. I was hoping after Halazia that it would happen but I am still waiting/hoping.

Your analyses are so enlightening! Wooyoung's voice is my favorite, especially when he sings confidently. His voice has that "something" I like amidst the heaviness (and I like dark R&B and heavy, loud music in general). Even when he doesn't have a lot of lines, I can hear his voice in the harmonies or backing vocals. I would love it if he continues developing his voice and finds his sound if it's something he wants to do. Otherwise, I'll just enjoy whatever he lends to Ateez's discography.

As a yeosang stan that fell in love with Ateez altogether SOLELY because of yeosangs part in say my name, I found this video very, very needed (I was frothing at the mouth the whole time), since most people don't really appreciate what yeosang can offer with his voice, not just inside the team but also outside in the occasion we get more covers or solo songs (having him sing an OST is a dream of mine), while I understand why a lot of people don't pay that much attention to his vocals, I need them to recognize he's not only a pretty face and heart, but also a gorgeous voice!

i definitely believe that Treasure era Wooyoung didn't have the vocal ability to carry a chorus which is why he got like no lines (like consistantly less than 5s) when they debuted. and then Fever era Wooyoung could carry a chorus, but others members a) have just been doing it before, so they just continued and b)could do it better than he could. You see definitely now they are playing more with the type of lines each member gets which is why even jongho (though still consitantly having the most) gets less lines as they are giving air time to different members now. honestly, this whole process seems really fair which is just a testament of how well Eden knows Ateez

Just for history purposes Ahn Yujin was more popular than Wonyoung before produce 48 and the first 5 episodes Yujin ranked 2nd place still above Wonyoung.

Any K-pop group has a book of songs that cover good love/bad love/no love. But self-love?, more rare. And framing with Greek mythology? Who else does that? That’s some mature design/composition. And maybe tinged with some pushback against IVE critics(?). Insofar as mvs are art, (when done well), this one is a keeper. IVE is my bias. Kudos on an intelligent breakdown,

Many ATINYs sleep on Wooyoung's vocals. One of the reasons I joined the fandom was because of Wooyoung's part in "Inception" (it was incredible). He has such a distinctive voice, and I'm so glad that KQ is beginning to acknowledge it. I really hope to hear him sing more often. Also, loved the video! <3

One thing i just love about is that, it was a self fufilling prophecy. It was this cocky, /narcissistic/ proclamation that you'd fall in love with them, and that's exactly what happened so you couldn't even judge them for being narcissistic. Not to mention, the fact that they have Wonyoung and Yunjin, one of the greatest visuals to ever visual and one of the best, most enchanting performers you can find respectively as the centers of this song, it doesn't feel like a concept, it feels like this is who they are and it draws you in.

1:20 no actually, technically not, if you're counting all groups under hybe at the moment, including the ones that debut before being acquired by hybe, then the first one should be fromis_9, from idol school or something, and where under stone music i think, before they signed with pledis, and then pledis joined hybe, and im pretty sure this was before enhypen debut. but enhypen would like be the first group to come out of a survival show from hybe
