  I agree with the process you outline but if There is significant abuse or physical harm would not the additional good be in reporting behavior that is illegal? Too often this process can be used to protect abusers and destroy organizations.

  I agree Thay that there should be considerations for safety and also the responsibility of others in power to shine the light on these sangha members who have responsibility but not the skill or capacity to appropriately do them. If it is known they are doing harm, then not seeking to understand is not responsible sangha building. This question was from a member who felt in a powerless positions, and elders / teachers hold the responsibility to ensure harm is not being done in the community on behalf of the least powerful.

  Of course, I absolutely agree. One's freedom ends there, where someone other's freedom begins. Such cases will need another but still skilful approach.

  Hello. Here I am again. In some deep relaxations , it is said that sometimes there are involuntary movements of the body and that is to considered ok, just the body loosening up knots. Is is normal to also see things in the in between states of sleep and awake? I saw a small insect coming out of my left side of the chest.

  Hi again 🙂 What exactly is "normal"? Loosening knots is a very personal thing, isn't it, and you'll feel, hear and see things that help your very personal knot to come free. You can pay attention to how it makes you feel, this might give you some clues to what has been released. How did you feel afterwards? It could be an eye opening experience to practice with us in one of our centers for a weekend. What do you think? Much love and blessings and keep on exploring yourself. ❤️😇🙏🏼
