I started this channel back in 2016 with wanting to help educate upcoming and current barbers in South Africa in mind as well as any other barbers around the world that may see value in the information that I share. Over the past 2years I've had some cool ideas to incorporate more of my hobbies and try and have some fun on this channel whether it be by vlogging or gaming, I just want to express my artistic side to all of you!! My question is not about this clipper but would you rather recommend the fxde clipper or the wahl multi cut cordless for a beginner. aslo is the wahl multi cut cordless good
@@nasreenlimbada748 FxDE clipper for sure ! Reason being as that's a professional clipper where as the wahl multicut is a home hair clipper and not meant for multiple haircuts at a time. Plus the FxDE clipper isnt that much more than the Wahl multicut. Hope that helps.
Problem with the cordless multi-cuts is that the stock blades it comes with are not sharp. Also if you gap them and close the lever, they rattle with the gaurd. Even if you don't fully gap them, they still do. So you are look at about 1.1k for the clipper and another 300 for new fade blades which works come out to about to the 1.4 that the fxde clippers cost so yeah. Like they are a good clipper but that's just my 2 cents on it man

@@grounds585 From testing they both have their pros and cons, Fxde is sharper but struggles through bulk and thick hair due to blade, ENZO mows through hair but isn't as sharp even though zero gapped. Hope that helps. Honestly id say you need both as it isn't like the Wahl detailer that can do both in one.
@@JNRUSS4 what do you think makes the wahl detailer much better than its competitors is it the blade or the power of the machine or that it has both and its competitors have either or one?
@@grounds585 Both from my perspective, Wahl are like Toyota of the hair clipper game, they rarely change things once they fined something that works , so that blade on Wahl detailers can cut through any texture but can cut the skin if you set them to close.

@@mattcamp3940 probably over 6k bro but I'd suggest just starting with the basics. Like getting a pair of good clippers and trimmers and learning the craft first before investing alot of cash into it.

Brother i dont known if you know, but the blade head is detachable from the clipper, where it says there keep it clean, try to pull of, i have the same clipper, but from Kemei tho, if have thought i will send you a video

Yeah bro it's the same Safeway that I reviewed all the way back then. Slap a wahl blade on it and you're cruising. I've not tried the multicut cordless so can't speak on that. But if you want to spend a little more I'd sway you to look at getting the VGR that I reviewed not to long ago they hit straight out the box.

What's good bro, yes you can change the foils on the shaver , but I don't think you can use wahl or babyliss foils. They have their own replacement parts VGR

There's a few places that have them, you can easily do a Google search and find those places, but personally I go to a store in Crown mines Johannesburg called Headquarters, you can check them on Instagram as well, not to sure if they deliver but I do know the other places do.
