  Nah, I think it's kinda normal to see it that way. Watching someone else play against a fast boss or doing anything that requieres timing and precision always looks slower in comparison to actually playing yourself. That happens to me when I see gameplay from Dragon Ball Fighterz or Ultrakill; seems slower and for more reactable in video, not so much in actual gameplay

  Beat this guy relatively quick thanks to a specific build that just fucking buffed my sarmiento and centrella and had rings of miasma when I dashed or did that lunge attack and all I did was time that lunge attack each time when he did his attacks so I would dash into him, attack him and also be on the other side to do the same thing, and you can do this until you finish the guy. And also have that time freeze prayer however with that be careful cause you might get him at very low hp, overestimate the lenght of that time freeze, use the chant, stay in front of him and hit him with the sarmiento and centrella and die immediately after that time passed cause you didn't dodge in time, and that is what happened the first time I fought him and that was goofy af and made both laugh and get pissed off because of that.   Only health lost was to blood pact. In phase 2 looked like it cost more health than it saved because so few opportunities to really lay into him. (Though looked cooler and a bit quicker than not using it!)

  I killed him in Phase one with three hits from the Debla of the Lights, when I equipped all power ups to make it strongest.

  Does the stuff you get in the original Blasphemous transfer over to the second game? Or do you have to start collecting all over again?

  I was unable to overcome his second phase due to my slow reflexes, despite watching numerous KZread on how to beat him. I won't diminish the game's quality simply because I couldn't advance. Instead, I'll enjoy the rest of the battles and cutscenes via watching cutscenes ; the narrative is truly compelling. Ps you have a godlike reflex bravo

  Don't worry, you will beat him, it's just a matter of time. I couldn't beat him yet but with some bosses I struggled for WEEKS. If I won againt all the bosses from B1 and all the previous bosses from B2 then I can with him too.

  When I watch someone beat these bosses, it looks so much easier than it actually is. Everything just looks so much slower that I feel like I could easily beat them no problem. Then I play whatever game I'm watching and get to that boss and it's so much faster than I thought it would be and I end up dying a lot. It's like when I'm playing I try to go too fast and end the fight as quick as possible and that's what gets me killed. For some reason I can't just take my time and take what the boss gives me.

  Worth remembering that the videos you watch of these plays are tirelessly worked towards, constant repetition, learning the boss' movesets, the timings and strategies required for them, and what's going to put them down the fastest. Don't stress over doing bad, you'll ruin the game for yourself if you constantly try to envision yourself playing at standards like this vid. Take your time and enjoy the fights, suck a little bit, have your comeback, if you're committed enough to being this good, just keep playing, you'll amaze yourself how much your muscle memory and know-how of the game starts to reflect in your playstyle.

  I know I'm way late for this, I just took notice of this comment. But, just like the other comment said, it's a matter of practice and learning the bosses patterns, it's something takes a little bit of time, but not at lot. Trust me, when it came to Blasphemous I really sucked at fighting its bosses. In fact, I didn't even bothered with the Sacred Sorrows when I first beat the game in 2021, and it wasn't until around the time I recorded this video that I gave them a shot.

  @@SpL_13 thats makes sense since they're a DLC boss, was it the projectile spam or the boss overall? personally i find tres angustias the hardest boss, which is strange since its an early game one

  @@HornetSilksong1232 She's really fast and does a ton of damage. As for the Tres Angustias, it's not that strange. I think the community kinda agrees that it's a boss where things could get a little complicated if you let them overwhelm you, especially if you try to heal at wrong time.
