  This was actually very informative and easy to understand. I'm getting a '24 soon, which has wired Android Auto, but I might still want a phone mount anyway because there isn't really anywhere to put my phone (except in the center console), and I don't know what features I'll be missing if I use only AA and not my phone. Can you please tell me what is the part number for the holder for a Samsung Galaxy S24+, with a Spigen tough armor case? I think this qualifies as a rugged / thicker case, as it is a two piece case with silicone inner and plastic outer shell.

  The best way to uninstall that specific truck mounting base is to pull outwards on the bottom edge seam and then carefully lift the bottom edge upwards until it pops out of the seam. Then when the bottom edge is out, you lift the mount upward and pull out the top back hook. Thank you!

  2018 Altima SL 1) Is there one specific location on the pillar where the mount will fit? 2) Once the protective cover is removed from the adhesive strip, how do you know exactly where to place the mount, so not to reduce the effectiveness of the adhesive tape while adjusting the mount up or down the pillar?

  The 2018 Nissan Altima mount is designed to fit precisely as demonstrated in the video, positioned further down the pillar and just above the top part of the dashboard. When installed correctly according to the instructions, the adhesive tape will securely adhere to the designated spot. Thank you!
