    I’d be keen, but need a more in depth rundown of the computer/software used.. as I use fastcam software, what’s the differences compared with your software? Look forward to seeing move videos of this

    Hello, happy to help answer any questions you may have. Our software is the CNC control portion of the workflow. Arcpath feature many features you would find in a CAM type program, but it's main focus is on CNC control. For CAM and Nesting we provide FLCAM along with the control PC. This software is pretty basic in terms of it's CAM and Nesting abilities, but it works. Our control software does not exclusively accept files from this program, it is designed to accept common G-code and F-code. So however you wish to produce the G-code is up to you, our controller will cut with it. Also, our controller is a windows based one, this means you can easily share files over the network for cutting. We will be releasing some video tutorials of the CNC control software in use in the next few weeks.

    Started stick welding in shop class and my teacher tells me to have the rod on the metal but lift it up and down like a straw?

  • @Killer_OCTN
    @Killer_OCTNАй бұрын

    He tells you to keep the metal clean but he doesn't do it himself XD. Just look at 4:53 the sparks are either burning filth or burnt metal after angle grinder cuts ( may also be zinc coating since its a car fender it's fumes are toxic btw ). And my man why are these tack welds so freaking black ???? Also he does not show the finished weld so probably not much to look at. I can tell because even after grinding there are overheated spots and just straight up melted sides. My man you could use a bit of your own advice wich is actually good.

    Question for the welders here, I just bought a 110v welder. And now I'm trying to weld. I must say I know nothing about welding. I use rods. But I have no clue on what setting the machine should be at to weld my burglerbardoor or my sliding gate. I keep getting stuck or it won't hold at all, or I burn a hole. What is an average setting for most of these things. I so far welded a piece of rebar to a pipe. Took me forever and the welds are huge but holds for a good time now and I abuse it but it's solid.

  • @UNIMIG

    Hi there, usually the recommended parameters should be on the MMA electrode packaging. If not please let us know what thickness you are welding and what rod's you are using and we will give you a ballpark range so it's easier for you.
