Still trying to learn. Flex or non flex for us beginners? Thank you for sharing your knowledge and skills.
Great idea lining up with the magnets, simple and effective. Beautiful cap. 👌🏻🍺
In my humble opinion, you used too much porcelain.
what is voltage and amps you used for penetration tag ?
schedule 160?
Nice
Are you welding looking through the gap?

@@X3MTIG to bi bilo malo problematicno na crnim(metal) cjevima neke tanje stjenke do 4 5 mm ?
Worked as a laborer for a mechanical piping company, what the old man taught me was before welding you wire brush the pre welded piece and wipe it down with methylated spirits. Some of the smoothest welds I've ever seen.
Methylated spirits is the Key! You gotta get that metal good and drunk so it'll work with you better. If the metal is drunk then it's relaxed and that's how you got them smooth welds.
Hi! Great video! Really shows your expertise. I'm studying elektromechanical engineering and I was wondering how you know which filler to use? Also did you pre-heat the welding sections and was there any thermal process needed to stress-relieve your welds? I'm asking this because in my course they point alot of attention to the HAZ zones where there can be coarse grains and precipitations like carbides formed from the Mn, Mo, etc.. Thanks alot for your answer
Lots of information in a short amount of time . Thank you so much !!!!!
can you do a video of your fav accesories like tig torch and high freq starter?
What a thing of beauty.
This is the skill set.
Amazing focus on what is going on.
This bad for test? 15:02 Because sometimes my bottom welding like this 😅
Yeap just amazing! God bless you sir! I’m your favorite, you’re my favorite! Wait yes. God Bless you Sir!
I cant for the life of me do the overhead section of the pipe, the puddle always drops or my filler rod gets stuck on the side of the bevel
I've probably only spent a few hours welding so this shit makes you look like a wizard to my eyes 😂
Very good and precise. Wish you could show the puddle 😂 but your tips during the welding is enough and it is understandable. Thank you ❤
How long you weld on that? 16-20 hrs?
He looks like me 😂
That is a work of art, bet there’s some hours of experience wrapped up in getting to be that good plus a lot of talent.
such an amazing looking job! well done.
Thank you so much for the videos! Love them! God bless you sir! I’ll be learning the back feed! I hope more people subscribe to your channel! I’ll be sharing your videos as well’
Thank you for the advice and the great video! God bless you sir!
سلام
amazing ❤
I want you let me know how to handle the narrower gap while I am processing the root pass
What about feeding the filler from the front

Thank you for the video, all your videos are helpful
Glad you like them!

Go for it!💪
Bonjour mètre, écartement est bien 2/4m merci pour savoir comment travailler...
Just stumbled onto this. What a Great Welding MASTER.! RESPECT 😃
Thank you very much!
The arm motion is what i was looking for as well ty
Makes it look so easy. Like maybe I could do that ………….. I know better. 😁
no es permitido por normas, soldar una tuberia de ese diametro solo tig, con tig solo se puede soldar hasta 3 pulgadas , ojo hablo de toda la soldura, ahora primr pase y el pase para reforzar cualquier diametro
It goes by thickness of the wall not by diameter, and you have to be certified for that as well !
@@X3MTIG si claro, en mi pais para soldar hay que estar certificado, llevo 25 años soldando aunque ahora no hay trabajo, mig, tig, electrod revestido y flux core
Amazing 👍 good job 👍
Hi dear. I need help. Please tell me why should use free hand when we can use lay wire or back feed? What benefits has free hand ? Please answer me. Thank you for your kindness.
Better control over your weld puddle and more consistent root.
Thank you for your kindness❤
Thank you for your good tips😊
Wow… I’m blown away. I’m 17, highschool student looking into welding as a career. This looks very difficult to me and requires patience, but looks like it pays off and feels amazing when you get to look at a polished beauty of a work like that. How much time in total did this weld take, is this a full day you made out of it? Also the cutting of the pipe, is that just something you have get done so that you can properly repair? Or something you’d have to do yourself? I don’t know too much about welding, but I’ve watched people weld and people at an academy do some basic teaching online and it just looks like a good time to me. For someone who’s looking to learn the foundations what would be a good resource to look into aside from taking trade school or joining a union?
If you want to start in welding and get the basics of different welding techniques and procedures, start in welding shop, spend some time there and move in to field!
Bro ur so talented at this! Amazing work
Why didn’t you run a purge on the inside, looks sugared
I have watched alot of your videos but never seen you strike arc ? how do you start arc and not leave any tungsten in weld , i never strike on outside of my pipe. Thanks sir for good videos.
Thanks for your comment… initial arc I always start on the bevel prior to weld the root pass, and after that I always strike an arc on the weld…
it looks so cool

Как то раз вырезали пору на стыке, дыра получилось как на превьюшке. Сварщик пришел, сказал "нихуя себе дырища". Заваришь? Заварю, хули делать..
Please I'm from Nigeria I'm a welder combination welder but still want to learn more because I'm not that perfect yet
