You created an error by cutting the copper pipe shorter. You will find out that because the pipe is shorter when you pull up on the shower diverter, too much play will be on your spigot. That length copper helped give your spigot greater stability when using the diverter.

Hey just curious, I saw you used moog brand parts. I did the same, however after pressing mine in I can walk them right back out by hand. Any thoughts or suggestions?

7:42 you are screwing those 2 bolts to the fuel filler neck, connecting it to the body. connecting the grounding strap to one of those bolts is sufficient without disassembling the entire housing like you did. remove one screw, find some washers and a nut to fit the back side and connect the ground strap

So a 140 would be the limit for a 97 FLSTC, right?

My problem was the switch locked up. Used this video to remove ism (very helpful). After cleaning, key would rotate with a stick holding back the spring loaded anti-theft interlock plunger, but not when reconnected to the wiring in the car. Can I grind out the plunger so it can’t engage & prevent the key from turning? If the only thing that I would lose the anti-theft feature?

I just did the job on mine. Whew. Thank you very much for your video. The one piece of advice that I would offer is that it is best to use a 1/4" drive for the rear bolts. This will allow just enough clearance to line up with the 13mm bolts on the straps. And most of the clips will release if you press them in the middle and pull. I only had to get medieval with one.

Is this actually the OEM "Member Kit" P/N 31359465 ? I have a 2015.5 XC60 T6 RD 3.0 and P/N 31359465 on volvo's website says it will fit without any modification.
