My name is Alex Basha. I am a freelance photographer and journalist, specialized in audiovisual communication, press and transmedia narratives. I also document, participate and develop marketing projects, corporate videos and advertising strategies. As a photojournalist in Spain, I have collaborated with national media (Eldiario.es, Público, NuevaTribuna ...) and international (La Tundra, Yaconic, Íkaro, Pícnic ...), where my images have been published.
My work addresses issues such as migration or social injustices, although I also have a special interest in nature and travel photography. Some colleagues see in my images a search for the human environment in everyday life, with an important role of color and a closeness to the people I photograph.
