    If you remove the plate the fuel pump mounts to you can use a regular style tank for these and run a gravity fed line to the carb. I know you said in a previous comment yours doesn’t have tabs, but it’s does. That’s what the plate mounts to. Then buy an Amazon exhaust and you could have saved the $200 on that kit. $20 for a tank and $20 for an exhaust.

    FYI don't use a bilge pump, I can list out a ton of reasons. I diyed a system after pulling flow rates off a "real system" ended up using a gik fun diaphragm pump external to the cooler (more room for ice, heat from pump outside the cool system). Capillary tubes have high pressure differential and low flow the opposite of what a pump like yours wants. The pump I used was like 10 bucks and I ran it off a USB charger I think it pulled like 5 watts.. They can also pull suction to self prime.. Idk why everyone uses bilge pumps.

    Can you get a different coil and bypass the 6000 rev limiter and if you do so is the rest of the engine capable of handing the excessive RPM besides probably needing a Flywheel to prevent It exploding on your leg LOL Would you need anything else besides that?

    Those brackets you removed in the engine bay, were those intended to support the shock towers? Definitely opens up the engine bay

  • @BryanSturman92
    @BryanSturman92Ай бұрын

    I’m sure they provided a good bit of support. But I think the biggest function was to keep all of the brake fluid separate from the engine to prevent the possibility of a fire. These cars are right hand driving in most other countries so that’s why they were on both sides.
