    I purchased the Canoly first and I’m returning it today. I’ve had it for about 2-3 weeks and it clogs up pretty bad when juicing greens. I’ve had to stop and unclog it numerous times and ended up losing lots of produce. I love my nama.

    @@yeshalester thank you, I watched it! It looks like the brand name is Tebal not Canoly though? I picked the Canoly one because it runs on 350w vs the other 5.3 inch ones I saw on Amazon that run on 200/250w so I figure the Canoly is a bit more powerful!

    Sounds like you're doing great! One thing i would do though. Like 'Yahki Awakened' speaks about as well as many other doctors who speak about real remedies with huge following: get great blood work done! They answer many questions to what you should be doing with you're fast. And i would do consultation with someone like yahki as well. Infact i plan to lol or at least attempt to. They have finally opened a full clinic. There are some other testings they all suggest as well but all focus on specific blood tests and even using other places to read your blood. Not the immediate doctor/hospital. Like independent labs or something they say. I am doing the same. Also i want to ask for a specific ultrasound that does abdomen and heart area. Then with the evaluations and tests, we should have better insight on what to do next. I was writing as i was listening so i know you said alot of this already but yea. Lol

  • @yeshalester
    @yeshalester5 күн бұрын

    You are an Angel frfr. Thank you so much for your comment! The blood work would be a game changer. I’ll see where I could get that done. It looks like Yah’ki isn’t taking patients at the moment but his clinic might, so I’ll take a look. You are definitely right. I’ll get tested to see where I am and then proceed from there to find the right protocols for my unique needs. Thank you again! 💚✨

    I think you should watch the interviews on Gillian Berry’s channel. Listening to those individuals have helped me so much. Also, Shane Sterling from Raw vegan rising has helped me on the protocols on a juice cleanse. When I started consuming more juice, it became a lot easier to go longer. Also try incorporating a green juice. I did the lemon ginger blast for 12 days before going to straight watermelon. I did a watermelon beet juice yesterday and it was so good.

    I've been going back and forth in buying the Nama. I know it's worth it but is juicing in general worth it? It's like drinking concentrated sugar. Wouldn't that lead to diabetes?

  • @yeshalester
    @yeshalester6 күн бұрын

    There’s a great documentary called “What the health” that speaks more on diabetes and some of the misinformation about it. Natural sugars from fruits are what the body needs. The problem is added sugars (white processed sugar) that causes problems. From my experience, juicing has healed me in so many ways.

I worked and also I left corporate America after15 years. The one thing I learned is that it's not one hat. We can wear many hats in our lifetime. I'm in my 40's and still trying new hats.
