Hi Jess Excelent price ,m here in Miami have good day 🚘👋
I’m a weekend warrior detailer and just do family members cars but the amount of attention to detail you have per car, you should definitely charge more (if you feel comfortable of course)! Amazing work! Loved the video!
Why don't you hire some 1
Hi, Jess. Nice work.. I used to take 6-7 hours on one vehicles myself, but now my time is cutting down. Even though I still take some time depending on what the job is. Shampoo with wash and details will take long but I tried to cut my time. Sometimes I vacuum one side then wipe down , clean door Jams and move onto the other side and do the same thing then the trunk and the edge , close it and onto my washing then finish exterior and back to interior, I will do the polishing of dashboard and all other areas of kind then glass and do my final vacuum to get up any light stuff that are noticeable close my doors , walk around the vehicle looking for any fingerprints and get ride of them then I let customer know ik done.. I have 25 reviews and they are all 5 stars on Google listing.. But I am having issues with not getting many customers booking me from my Google listing.. I don't know why and what is going on..
Another great informative video!! Where did you get your foldable table that you clean your mats on? Have you tried the little detailing cotton swabs with a handle for the vents? They work really well for small crevices. You can even get them in the automotive department at Walmart.
do you have an instagram to follow?
If a detailer doesn't do the trunk door jam, I wouldn't consider them a detailer.
Glad to see you wear a mask.....Nasty dust in cars...🤮
Can I work for you for a while ? I’m tryna start my child hood dream to own detailing van business
🙌🙌
I just want to say you do a good job I noticed you was having problems with the dog hair you can try high traffic remover the stuff I use is called freeway and I noticed you said your air compressor stop working you have the drain the air out of it after every time you use it since you are a mobile you should always keep an extra air compressor play extra vacuum cleaner steam cleaner just in case you run into any problems. Thank you for your videos
That's a great idea for a full detail of course they have to pay more and then you have the maintenance plan that is a great idea play some clients just not good at keeping their cars together good business for us job security.
Good morning I've been watching some of your videos you have all the right tools and you had the right idea about detailing yeah I know what you mean by the heat yeah because I've been detailing cars off and on about 30 years you do a great job like you said it takes time especially when you detail a car that hasn't been cleaned in three or four or five years
Hello Jess! Do you usually use polisher? I have a new batch of polisher recently. Would you be interested in helping me test them?😊
Can you do a detail on an engine please? I would really appreciate it.
For tires i like to use my alkaline wheel cleaner diluted and then the turbo nozzle to strip the tires
I have been detailing for a little over a year. I had the same hand & wrist pain. Magnesium Chloride is the only thing that worked- brand Ancient Minerals. The salts & rub on oil. I couldn't sleep the pain was so bad. Now it's a lot better.
Be for real. You are not doing anything related to detailing with $300. Clickbaity garbage.
01:50 Yep! I started using my leaf blower in a similar fashion. Works very well for a 1st pass in removing fur.
39 and looking Fine! 😉
I like doing premium details
Great video...Scott from Dallas Paint and Auto Detailing once said...before using a glass cleaner you need to clean the windows first...and he was right...
You still haven’t answered me Jess. Will you marry me?? 😅
I post and nothing not getting from fb😭😢😭
What are you posting though? Are you posting entertaining, educational or relateable content with call to actions speaking to your ideal client? Or are you just posting a before and after? It’s all in *what* you post 😉
Thxs for responding And yes only the before and after but sometimes fb pull it down and say i can not promote services 😭
I am a BMWx5 could you give me a spa day! I need it badly
Great content!!!
You definitely have it all🙏🏼
Nice work $90 for an hour is not bad especially if the drive there is not bad
Will you marry me?
Wen the inside heat up the plastics, leather, gives off gases that say on the inside glass, try the clean reach tool, frank in Oswego, ill
Just found your channel - great vid and I subbed. I literally just bought my first pressure washer and have been getting it "customized" with quick releases, smaller guns and all that. Now that I've got a lot of that stuff sorted, and my driveway cleaned up, I'm thinking about moving on to detailing my car. But holy cow - 6 hours of work is a LOT. BUT your end product really looked great. Like I love the shine and the ways you went about cleaning up all the dog hair and your attention to details. LOVE IT! AND it was surprising to hear you wash one side and dry it before moving on to another panel. I never thought about that but it makes so much sense. Down here in Oklahoma we have regular 100+ degree days for months on end and it's brutal. I feel your pain and it's super annoying when trying to wash a car. Would LOVE to hear more details about this because it's not as obvious to us newbies how you actually pull this off. When I've tried in the past, I ALWAYS have to go back and really work on the sides I've already done due to over spray and drips and all that. Maybe you have that in other vids. Anyways I'll check out more of your vids - I'm so new I don't even know all the equipment and chemicals you've been using but keep up the good work and thanks for the vid.
Wow! Jess looks like a cool top secret military area 51 detailer in that tank top.
Good Job young lady 😊. Thanks for the video.
These results got me excited to try Google Ads next week. Facebook ads didnt reslly work for me. Not enough urgency from the clients.
You have to *create* the urgency and ask for the sale 😉 FB works wonders for me…Google was iffy, but I’m also no google expert!
Can you do a video showing the wood frame on your van. Nice set up 👍
I can try! I am going to make another van video and go into more detail because everyone’s always asking about the pressures washer/ pump setup
on maintenance details you can just wipe door jams after the wash. There will be just enough water from the wash to get them clean.
I do now :)
Do you use any shine on leather seats and dash
On real leather seats I use a leather conditioner but on these and the dash, on a maintenance, I use P&S Swift which has some shine
I always do door jams after the wash. Heavy animal hair removal is always extra. Of course, it is dependent on first-time or repeat customers. Try doing that full detail in the extremely hot and humid south. FYI, you are not old! Great video.
Thanks for sharing! Most don't know but CT's weather in the summer is very much like the south. 95 degrees and 95 humidity 🥵
Too good of a job for $90 on a 3rd row suv that transports kids. If i ever start offering maintenance it would be 2 car minimum.
Good job...I do everything almost the same way...but...I do each section at once...the rear of the vehicle...then the back seat area and then the front ..all the vacuuming, plastics and glass etc...without having to go back
I post my details jobs on Facebook and I get a lot of compliments and I get some jobs also from friends and family
Facebook is so big! Are you using a business page or just your personal?
@@DetailWithJess just personal
Keep up the good work Jess
Thank you!
@@DetailWithJess you’re welcome
2:57 😂 3:40 🤮
How is that streamer working for you? Did you get the happy tree extractor head from Amazon? There is no link for it
This steamer works great! And yes, happy tree!
500 for a detail is robbery
I only charged $375 and that was fora full extraction for the spilled chocolate milk that was everywhere. He gave me the rest as a tip. I wouldn’t call that robbery.
Your opinion bro
Just a suggestion on materials..... I started using DIY Detailing products and they are pretty damn good! One stop shop. They also have videos on KZread, and I like you are always wiling to learn more and save time. Continued success and thanks for sharing.
