did over 12 years of that shit, most of it in produce and meats. i preferred picking over the reach truck. after bout 6 years i was loading two days a week and janitorial one day. kills your body forever

Hell ya just started at WinCo DC in Boise Idaho and never have felt so drained I'm 2 months in and not giving up I have a lot of trouble stacking deli orders . It's hard to explain to people how hard or challenging this job is . At first I was thinking I'ma get paid really good just to stack boxes and drive electric pallet jacks but I was in for a surprise. Sticking with it and not turning back .

I just got the job and start in 2 weeks. I've drive forklifts and used regular electric pallet jacks, but never the ones that you ride. Is it hard to learn? They said we get 2 weeks training, but not sure if this is included.

Im thinking about doing this i got a call the sysco near me pays 27.58 not bad i just got to learn the stack rhythm and a few other things but if they have no patience training it i might run into issues, im 5'8 pretty short but maybe i can wear some boots with implants to reach most stuff

DON’T BE FOOLED BY THE MONEY !!! Order selecting at ANY warehouse is a SET UP!!! Imaging doing this 8-12 hours a day for 5-6 days a week 🤦🏽♂️ They’ll trick up with the “you can make up to this amount per hour” having u think it’s that easy but remember it’s 50 other people fighting for the top. So as long as u kiss azz every day u go in and be cut throat then you PROBABLY will reach that impossible percentage. Once u get burned out (TRUST ME IT WILL HAPPEN EVENTUALLY) they’ll notice it through your percentage and it’s BYE BYE for u……But hey GOOD LUCK and keep slaving for that top percentage!!!! You’ll get there!!!! (hopefully you’ll be in good physical and mental health by the time they fire you).👍🏾 (I’ve been playing the order selector game for 10 years at 7 different warehouses)
