but this flow will work fo every catalog item I think first u need to specify the catalog item like get variable or if requested item == iphone14
yeah got it u applied that flow in prcess engin on item form
I follow all the steps but , In my Catalog Item Iphone 14 , there is no default approvals are showing, also when i click on requested item there is no catalog task is showing
Hey 👋 Make sure you are putting the conditions in a proper way. And also make sure you are adding the flow designer in your catalog item 🙏🏻

Sometimes assigned to value not getting set, even after we are getting sysId of user. Tried alert for the sys id of user. Probably it could be cache issue

When we create the UI action that creates the New button it appears in the client, in the interface, so isn't it client side?

About the Use case 2. (I'm a total beginner) Since the 'problem_ id' is a reference field: What if we used g_form.getReference('problem_id', getId); function getId(problemId){ var id = g_form.getValue('sys_id').... But getReference is used for the forms (client), not the records(server), right? or var gr = new GlideRecord('incident') gr.get('sys_id', "problem_id');... I have currently a big mess in my head regarding what to use for what purpose, as you can see. Hopefully soon I'll get a grasp on it.
Hey 👋 No issue you will learn by asking questions and practicing only 🤓 Yes you are absolutely right , by using getReference you can't solve the problem as it has to be solve using business rule as you are creating a record in the task table and both problem table and problem task is a different table 🤓

Yes we are doing Gliderecord in the problem table but the business rule that we are writing it is in Incident table so here current represents field from incident table not from problem table 🤓

Currently I have installed SNOW PDI Instance,but Only I am able to see Washington Instance. In Washington Instance UI is totally different please create a video series for Washington.

Hey, could you tell simply the difference between Glide Record, Glide System, Glide User, and Glide Form, please? To have a general idea when to use them and their purpose.
GlideRecord is a Server side api responsible for querying a table, GlideSystem also server side api to use current system value like properties, date, time and also logged in user details, GlideForm is a client side API for managing the form UI, like field behaviour etc and finally glide user is also client side API used for current logged in user details like first name, last name, user id , roles etc 🤓

In the output for the list incidents raised by caller all are seperated by comma(,). Can you please let me know is there a way to remove it (,)while printing the output?
