  I once ate this at a restaurant. Never knew how to make it. It was more of sweet mango cubes and regular shrimp in a heavy cream mix. It tasted so good, and sweet. I would love to make it.

  Hello! Thanks for sharing this recipe! I've been craving for ice cream lately. I just want to ask if I change the strawberry into other fruits, I'll just wash only no need to put rock salt anymore? :)

  Sheena Danica Sanchez you’re welcome!! Kapag makakain yung balat, need po lagyan ng rock salt. But for fruits like mango and avocado, wash it with just water :)
