I’ve never done yoga before and I’m recovering from severe Covid so cannot do any cardio. This video was recommended to me on the Second Nature app and I really enjoyed it and can feel the benefit, thank you.

This was excellent. Your videos have been genuinely and authentically benefiting my life for over a year now, and this video was so helpful to me tonight! I have been so stiff in my neck and shoulders because I carry stress here and also work on a computer, which is a painful combination for the body. I cannot thank you enough for doing what you do, because your videos are tremendously beneficial. Thank you !!!!❤

I have so been enjoying this series! I have always struggled with warrior and engaging the abs in these last couple of sessions has changed everything! i was trying to do all the work in my legs. I appreciate how you move through interruptions in these videos. When I recommend yoga practice to people they always say they won’t be able to because their homes are too chaotic. This shows that you can still engage and move through that stuff! Thank you!

As an electrician once a device is plugged in theres this little thing called a switch. Once the switch is turned off its no longer drawing power (its not wasting electricity!). There is also no danger to the appliance if its got electricity running through it. Its not common for a plugged in device to burn a house down. Your only making more work having to walk along the cord to turn on the device. Oh and that plug type sucks. Type A is way better. America dosent just blink the latest and greatest breakthroughs put of thin air you know. (Nura link) (eye transplant surgery) (star link) (google) (driverless cars). Any type of nonsense and were gonna bitch about it so it better be fast and it better get the job done. The only reason they have that stupid safety measure is because it makes up for the rest of they're shit thats stupid. More than half the swuanies and service hookups they got going on over there would never pass in united states not with our codes.

I am a new yoga instructor. I came across your video for yoga for bigger body and I am really in love with the way you teach and treat your students. I myself has been a student for a very long time ( and still am now), I always feel really frustrated with my yoga teachers because a lot of time I feel like it's my fault that I am not being able to achieve the poses and the teachers just tell me that I just need to hold out a bit better. There are not a lot options for different body types. So you videos make me feel so seen and welcomed in a yoga class! Anyhow, fast forward, I am now also a yoga teacher and I always try to find a way to make yoga possible for all my students. However, what i know is still limited and Im learning everyday. I would really appreciate if you could share the link for the yoga school that you went to in India because I hope one day I can learn from a place like that. I am so happy to have found your channel and thank you so much for sharing your wisdom and knowledge!

I felt extremely calm at the end. I loved all of the finger stuff, and the counting. However, I felt a little confused with the switchups between starting on 1 and 2 - I had some difficulty finding a flow due to that. Thanks for the practice, much appreciated. You’re very wholesome. ❤

I'm a bit late to this video, but I was wondering if there's any advice for the forward fold as I'm not sure what to do with my knees! Naturally they lock back and then I lose my balance a bit. Any tips?

  • @yogawithzelinda

I would suggest letting your stance be a bit wide, purposefully bending your knees, and folding less so that your legs hopefully won't feel compelled to straighten. Here's a little more information about modifications, in case you're interested: kzread.info/dash/bejne/ZKugmcRpnpmxidY.html
