  Giday, thanks for the show. Does Bill have an idea of X-Sight 5 LRF 5-25x Smart Day/Night Hunting Scope maximum range day time please? With a powerful IR torch on a tripod and car battery, What is the affective range at night please? Best guess please. I have a 300 win mag bolt , 15 pounds, 168gr monolithic copper bullets . Primary targets are at 700 yards Thanks mate. Andrew Nz

  any firearm effective range is going to be limited to shooters ability plus the ammo used. i can see perfectly at 400+ yards at day and at night using IR 850 pro. we have heard of people shooting targets at 1000 yards using the X Sight 5.

  I change the batteries for the first time. Everything looks good except it won’t take a picture. On the other camera, there’s a reset button but on the X Pro I don’t know what setting resets it so it can go back to taking pictures. Can anybody help?

  I know in camera settings you can switch to photos, videos or both. go into the camera settings than go to camera mode check what you have set. hope that helps

  I just had the SD card fall into the scope. Is it advisable to send it back to ATN or can I just put another one in the slot and leave the other one in the scope body?

  That happened to me the first time i went to put sd card i had to send it back, my personal opinion i would send it back because i don't know if it will interfere with any internal parts or cause digital issues.

  The most comfortable holster I’ve ever carried. I rode about 6 hours with it and the clip (same configuration you have) and never even thought about the fact I was carrying. I carry a Sig 320c. Love this thing!! Any ideas if I wanted to throw it on a chest rig occasionally how I could mount it?

  i have always used a desantis leather holster with thumb break for all my firearms, but after being told about CrossBreed holster it has been my everyday carry, extremely comfortable. Not sure how you could set it up for a chest rig

  When it works it works true words have never been spoken. Love mine where it works unfortunately often doesn't locks up constantly The internal battery died so now I'm running it off of power supply really disappointed it's performance but you're right about tech support they are fantastic. And for reference I've only had my scope about 2 weeks

  i wanted to keep this review true to my experience with the scope, its a great product when it works exactly. if you didnt call tech support i would sounds like they will fix or replace it especially if you only had it for 2 weeks

  Salve, anche io ho questo dispositivo, purtroppo all' ultima uscita dopo aver esploso un colpo si è spento e non si è più acceso, tranne che se collegato all' alimentazione. Immagino sia successo qualcosa alla batteria interna, attualmente è in assistenza in garanzia, mi dispiace perché dopo l ultimo aggiornamento il dispositivo funzionava benissimo!!

  Howdy all, just an FYI,,,, if you set your LRF at a short distance, it will change laser impact at longer distances. Try to set LRF at a distance of, half of the max distance, you will be shooting. If you can set it to the max distance you will be shooting, that would be best. I have noticed a difference of laser point impact with LRF set at 50 yrds and then checked it at 100 yrds, with in the little LRF reticle.

  I don’t personally use the pig brig but I’ve seen hogs get out of one and what I learned was once they figured out how to get out they didn’t forget. I use mostly box traps and corrals. Is it always the same hogs as best you can tell?

  we have 2 brigs and 1 metal box trap, the coon set off the box trap, actually have only seen very small hogs in trap maybe 20-40 lbrs. never any bigger hogs. i have dumped bags and bags of corn have used sour mash and my many other mixes in traps.

  Hey brother my friend in Oklahoma has the same problem I went out there about 2 years ago he has circular trap for the hogs one night we caught like 20 they are very destructful I hope you catch your man

  Hey brother thanks for watching, the farmer has 2 of those traps have not caught 1, i usually use 2 bags of corn and mix in them, racoons and birds are the only thing going in

  my hunting clothes are kept in sealed bags and i use scent killer. when im out in the field i have deers bedding and feeding all around me. my mix is corn, powered jello, fruit drink, syrup, brown sugar, honey, and apples

  it's only important if you plan on using the scope on another rifle or if your going to be using different ammo that needs to be zeroed again, the only way you can name a profile is if you create a 2nd

  you have to check the velocity from the ammo your using most of them have the info on the box, if not you can get it from the manufacture website
