First off...thank you so much for stopping by my channel and watching our videos! I'm honored that people enjoy watching something that I love doing as a hobby! Making videos has been a passion since I was very young, long before KZread! Long before digital cameras, back when I used to carry around a hand-me-down VHS Camcorder! This channel started as a way for me to just simply document small moments in my life, for me to look back and remember. But is now growing into something a whole lot more!!! With that said, if I seem entertaining in the slightest, SUBSCRIBE to my channel and come along our journey in life! LOVE LIVE LAUGH....its pretty simple and basic...I am a minimal simple kind of guy who enjoys a simple life!

Thanks again for watching, liking, and hopefully SUBSCRIBING to my channel!!
Chuck

The state of dining out in Texas is such that anyone who waits more than half an hour for any restaurant in Texas is being played for a fool and deserves to be served as one.

Wow really man. I wasn’t tearing up after watching these two episodes. That was awesome. That’s what a family is supposed to look like. I’m happy you shared this video and am definitely going to put in my favs. to have when I need a little inspiration because being around family can be difficult and stressful but you definitely displayed the opposite of that and thanks again for sharing. Even though it’s a 9 month old video. lol. Came to the party late. Much love!

I hear it's good, but since it is in Texas I will never go. I would never step foot in the state of Texas because of the far-right lunatic Republicans who run the state, and are ant-abortion, even if the mother might die, or the child could be born dead, that is about as radical as you can get, so I would not go to Texas for anything, even if you paid me.

I go off hours and usually never wait. TBs is ridiculously good. Originally from Austin. I live in N Cal and diy my smoked meats. Love the bbq scene in Austin just now. Also. Love or hate Franklin he raised the game.

Very true. Franklins seems "too popular" but truly the BEST brisket ive ever eaten. A lot of great brisket out there and great bbq from many places! If you ever find yourself in SaTx, definitely try Burnt Bean Co! Check out my videos on that place! Def our fav all around best bbq weve eaten, from meats to sides to desserts and everything in between! Truly the best and set the standard for new next gen bbq restaurants! Theyre on another level, especially with their sunday brunch items!🤯🤯🤠🤠🤠👍🏼👍🏼

You should always include a photo of the receipt from these BBQ places for your viewers because I GARONTEE they will have "sticker shock" when they see how much Texas BBQ joints are charging these days. You are new to Texas and dont really know not too many years ago BBQ was "cheap" food with brisket rarely selling for more than $12 a pound, sausage was $2.00 per ring or link and ribs were around $10 a pound. From what I can tell you are spending around $100 for each meal including some take home. Close??

BBQ is so expensive these days that I never waste money on sides. Bread or crackers (Texan preferred) with onions, dill pickles and jalapenos is all you need and spend ALL your money on MEAT. Most of it on brisket, some of it on sausage (Lockhart, Luling and Elgin only) and very little on ribs and ZERO on deli processed turkey.
