DIY MAN

DIY MAN

DIY MAN is a KZread channel that focuses on making all kinds of DIY videos. I make "how to" videos on building various furniture builds, including tables, chairs, benches, barstools, and more. I try to add videos every month. I also make many fun videos that relate to DIY in some way. I like to build all kinds of random DIY projects and have started a "Just Piddling" series where I build a lot of different projects just for fun. I intend on making many more woodworking, fabrication, and many other DIY videos. Be sure to subscribe to keep tabs on my latest "How to" or to watch one of my "Hairbrained builds."

Cool video. I didnt know they used glass marbles, but it does make sense that they would. Glass is cheaper than steel and it wont react with whatever is in the can. But i always assumed it was a ball bearing or something. Thanks for posting this im glad i watched

Good to know that this product works on concrete oil stains. There are so many contractors with oil leaking vehicles and equipment staining my driveway and street.

If you check your joints - they are most probably double the width of your saw blade as I don't think you considered the material loss from the blade width, common mistake.

This video is a hard 'watch'...couldn't finished it. Some very dangerous moments in it too, using cutting tools one-handed! Far too much effort. Just buy a table!

Watched a few kitchen organization videos but didn't see any like this. Decided to search can food organizers. Saw this and it's exactly what I want to build. We have lots of canned foods and sitting them on shelves isn't working. Always end up putting new cans in front of older ones instead of rotating them to use the oldest first.

Really nice project. Thanks for sharing it. If the table isn't quite as stable as you'd like, you might stiffen the back side and possible even the back side of the sides with a couple of plywood gussets at the top. If I do this, I'd also add a dust collection port on the back of the fence.

A point of safety, never point the chisel in the direction of the hand holding the work piece, consider clamps.

Thank you for this video. I am going to build several of these to store my wife's canning jars! I think I will build ours to hold 18 jars. The crate will be wider that way for stability to stack up. I am going to use 7/16 OSB and 1/2 plywood siding on the bottoms. Because I have a ton of scrap just laying around in my way. The round edge cut off from the 2x4 I will use as cleats on the underside to stop them siding around when stacked. Good way to use up all the scraps in my way constantly. Better way of storing empty jars than cardboard boxes that are constantly falling apart. I love the handle and router idea as well. Again, thank you for the light bulb idea!
