  Hi Julia, great video! Have you been able to do contact uploads and attach them to specific opportunities. We are trying to upload contact names and emails for members of the teams who are working on the opportunities we are setting up. Seems to be a limitation with capsule but maybe I'm missing something. thanks!

  If I’m understanding this correctly - It appears that projects are almost identical to an opportunity except for a few differences-like boards? And maybe a few more track options? Thanks for explaining this to us. It’s good to know we can push info from an existing opportunity to create a project.

  If you are in the United States, run from Xero! It's a nightmare for how US accountants use financial data. Quickbooks has it's problems, but not as problematic as Xero...

  I discovered Capsule recently and totally agree; it's a great system - especially when integrated with accounts. A lot of CRMs obsess with finding the business, but are not very good at storing info once the prospect becomes a client. The workflow in Capsule - Prospect in the Sales Pipeline to Case Open to Case Closed - is very intuitive and a great way of dealing with companies from first contact to ongoing resource - custom fields are great for customisation too. And having a record of emails is also very useful. I sound like I work for the company, I don't! But it's a system I've been looking for for a long time!
