Here's some tips from the video:
Tags work best for grouping relationships, particularly those on your customer journey - prospect, client - potential, client, previous client. And they also work very well for other relationships for example partners, associates, and suppliers.
DataTags give an extra level to Tags, they enable us to capture information which is only relevant to contacts who are tagged with that tag - eg Client - potential would have additional information of Interested in Service A, B or C.
Custom fields are available for all contacts and work really well to record more static information about your contacts (Organisations, People or both), projects or sales opportunities. Industry works well as a custom field :)

Creating the right systems and processes to improve efficiency and free up your time to do more of what you want and need to do, and less of what you don’t.
I specialise in CapsuleCRM, Transpond and Mailchimp as standalone systems and joining them together with Xero provides you a cost effective and efficient foundation that you need to grow.
