    We should take a note from this accident and the lesson is "never trust the machine and especially the auto-pilot". It's was not dumb kids pushing random buttons, it's was a kid steering a yoke not knowing it's steering the plane. I was listening to the intunation they were speaking and I feel like not a singular adult comprehended at all what is happening until the very last minute. Pilot asked his son why is the plane turning almost as he was teacher, expecting the son to answer that it's the auto-pilot. But the kid had intention that it was not. Yana probably paniced and the man said "ребята" (kids) almost as nothing is happening. That "все нормально", is literally the dog meme "everything is fine". That father had no bad intentions, just wanned to teach his kids some skills, trusting everything on the machine. It would be awful to a loving wife and mother but end up hearing that you lost your husband and two kids - that’s pure shock. Boom, they are gone. RIP to all passengers

    Kid controlled the plane longer than pilots and pilots stalled somehow. This accident looks inevitable

    Co-pilot Piskarev went crazy, screaming non-sence making everything complicated. Turn left, turn right? They didn't know what is going on, where are they, isn't the auto-pilot active, even the person next to them tried to assure them that they are changing zones while the plane is banking. As far as I understood, the last time Kudrinsky told Eldor to get away from the seat (g-force probably didn't let the boy move) is the moment Kudrinsky actually got in position, but the plane was already stalled, meaning Piskarev made it go fully nose up.

    This accident clearly showed how pilots were trained, prepared and qualified at the time of the U.R.S.S. All on their thighs, trained in any way and, apparently, without knowledge of international air safety standards and perhaps even without commitment to such standards. Hence the reason why there were so many plane crashes there in those days and everything was hushed up by the government.

  • @Chieviez

    actually no, yes it was a human failure but if you watched the investigation there was a problem with the autopilot in this type of plane too... the autopilot shouldn't have done that

    @@gabrielfalcao2952The fact that in 1994 not even one person in this cabin knew that is possible to disable the auto-pilot by touching and turning the yoke sharply for several seconds is crazy.. The pilot had experience, but perfect education on and about the old Soviet planes.. It never came to the pilot's mind that it's possible to remove the auto-pilot.. They really thought they got everything under control and it's okay to show the kids something they might never experience, but that was not the case.. A prime example of d3mocracy country transition victimization and the aftermath poor training.. Lesson learned.. Props for keeping the plane up after that sharp right turn and two left stall turns, they almost got it but they were already too low, close to the ground.. The fact that there were unidentified bodies but also full intact bottles of champagne.. Pilot said "gently" as he thought he could get the plane up without stalling again.. Couldn't manage to succeed..

    @@utopianland2705 If they knew or not, that's still blatant irresponsibility. Like, I'm no pilot myself but I am well aware that a malfunction may happen out of the blue that must require 100% attention and any kid in the flight deck is a distraction to this scenario.

  • @utopianland2705
    @utopianland27052 күн бұрын

    @@gabrielfalcao2952 I agree, but sadly in former USSR and other ex communist countries there is a thing in people's mentallity, that you cannot trust anyone besides you and maybe your family. I'm not even sure if there were russian camps for juniors, kids to start practicing an actual a job. If there were, they were probably really expensive. You cannot really expect someone random to like you, choose you and boost you in a career. That father was proud of his achievements and wanned to pass the legacy to any of his children. It's absolute irresponsible to lose concentration, to do something you would like, while being in such important position. No matter if it's a bus, train, plane with all the passengers inside. At least, nowadays there are game simulators with actual steering components, that imitate situations almost like you are in the the vehicle and you are operating it.

  • @DrKleiner0815

    The only stresful thing was the the pull up right after the 180 turn down right. It may have done something like the "cobra maneuver" of the su31 jet where it brakes by pitching the nose too much. After that, it never gained enough speed to gain control, and was in a stall till it hit the ground.
