  Getting back into BJJ after a long hiatus. This will be a great move to add back to my arsenal. Thanks to the GOAT for all the many little details to one move. But what is great about this move is it can be chained with others. The fact the setup is based on a faux submission lends to that versatile of using it to set up many things. I could see if it fails and they bring their hand across your face/chest and sit up, an arm drag could be implemented. Marcelo inspired me years ago when I got my purple belt over a decade ago, and he inspires me as I try to flake off the rust and get back on the mat. Thanks!!!

  Extra movement. Letting the action come all the way up, just to get back down. But I guess if you really trust your wrestling, that might be the move.

  ai marcelinho treinamos algumas vezes juntos em formiga , na epoca eu era aluno do carlao a gente colava em formiga e quando vc estava la algumas vezes treinamos juntos , foram bons aprendizados ,em uma oportunidade vc arbitrou uma luta minha em divinopolis em uma copa da pantera negra, boas recordacoes. Fiquei sabendo a pouco do que vc passou, nao tenho rede social entao fiquei sabendo so agora pela sua entrevista a PVT . que bom que vc esta bem , forca sempre com deus

  Green Belt and has been a black belt Since 2014 and still didn't win worlds or the trials. Man people are just different but this guy is an inspiration aside from all of it. He worked hard.
