While they were flying blind at 1c for 400 years, why didn’t they get pounced upon by any of the numerous hostile alien vessels roaming the galaxy? That’s 400 years of the Orville being essentially a sitting duck. 1c is nothing in the Orville universe. They’d have been easily detected, intercepted, and blown out of the sky by anyone with hostile intent.

The Orville season 3 was peak sci fi. I REALLY hope we get another couple of seasons like New Horizons.

How is the Orville able to maneuver like a small fighter and the crew not get thrown about like they’re inside a washing machine? If hitting an invisible speed bump is enough for someone to spill soy sauce on his pants and include it in a damage report how has flying a mid level exploratory vessel like an X-Wing not caused moclan sized holes in the walls from people being thrown into them?

Wholock I hope you did this warp speed special effects to the Enterprise E ? And if you did this there is one mistake that I found from this video. Just to let you know whenever I watch Star Trek the next generation, and when the Enterprise D goes into Warp speed. The back body of the ship would always stretch. And that's the mistake I found on this video. Because whenever I watch Star Trek the next generation, when the Enterprise D starts to go at Warp speed. The back body of the ship always stretches, and I think that's like the biggest ever done in space special effects. Because it's like I really want it to be realistic, with no cartoon like mishaps. So I wish on Star Trek the next generation, I wish they could have had the Enterprise D when it goes into Warp speed to have the blue lights on its twin engines to shine very bright and the lights only would stretch. Kind of like the original Enterprise from the Star Trek movies. When it went into Warp speed. I remembered from the original Star Trek movies, when the Enterprise A or the original Enterprise's lights would shine bright and stretch as the ship goes into Warp speed. So can you try to do another video of this, with the Enterprise E going into warp speed. But to have the blue lights on the twin engines to shine and stretch at the same time as it goes very fast ? And if you do that for a new video, can you do it with the Enterprise D as well ?

This whole arc makes your realize why the Union was willing to put up with the moclans for so long. Their military was capable with the Krill of taking on the Union and kaylon fleets. They had that much military power. The Kaylons likely would always eventually win a protracted conflict. But Moclans were no joke as a galactic power.

It's a better Star Trek than Kurtzmann/JJ Abrams Trek. A little too snarky, but the visuals, characters and stories are leagues better

Beautiful ship. As others have said, it looks like a Ross class to me as well. Personally... if it were my ship I would be telling my chief engineer that I want the soft blue glow of the deflector not the harsh yellow style. Make it happen Commander that will be all, dismissed!
