    With how much you are using your knees, I can tell you just come up with these moves on a foam mat and be realistic, you could never do this on the ground in a real situation. Who’s gym are you in??

    Very useful I struggled thus season my sweeps, cause didn’t know I was supposed to take forward then pivots my toe, instead I was taking a lateral shot without stepping forward and I would always miss the leg

    A lot of times in wrestling it’s about slowing down and mastering the smallest parts of the moves. Turning your toes is super important for sweep singles
