These kinds are generally Jain foods. But you must eat this way and get used to it. One time have your regular food fried, cooked, boiled and with tadka. One time this way. That way you can adopt. Single person this is not possible. You can start a Diet food delivery by YOURSELF by taking confirmed order. I know one Diet sysyem. They deliver it exactly one hour before their food time. The van comes at your door and deliver it. Big box sealed and no human touch and can't be opened.

its good to see such but practically speaking this is not possible as in india our food is made of chem.. fertilizers used are full of chem given by govt and very dangerous to health on that they use sulphates etc to make food stay or look delicious which is again double dangerous to health... pranam ... modi hai to munkin hai

Sesame seeds need to be roasted, though. Otherwise it won't taste good, and also wont get digested properly.
