  The house is an investment that will always pay you back .if you have a paid off car don’t purchase one saving that move until you can buy a five old one and pay cash and use that saved money for your retirement investments. Question would it be nice to retire early while you are young and used money from your investment to see the world and you chose when your travel ends . Please plan how you will make your money work for you this year and on January 1 look back at your progress.

  Congratulations. Just an fyi your escrow will increase as your insurance and taxes increase which will increase your house payment. So don’t be shocked or surprised. It is the best investment anyone can make and it will always make you money and as life goes on and you pay it off you have a nest egg . To move to other investments and plan for an early retirement . This is one piece now start planning for your next piece once again congratulations 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾✊🏿

  Glad you’re back! Buying a house is a process one day at a time market is slowly changing..What’s meant for you will be for you. After being in my house I realized it’s always going to be something but either way renting or buying saving Is key for the unexpected (my mortgage went up with taxes and insurance)💕

  Congrats girl! I’ve been watching you for the past few weeks during my own home buying process. You have pushed and inspired me along the way. You posted this video yesterday, when we officially accepted our sellers counter offer after a low appraisal! They thankfully worked with us and came down to appraisal price. Now it’s just the waiting game till we close. Thanks for your content! Can’t wait to see what other videos you post.

  Thank you!! It was both. I didn't want to spend any more money and I didn't want to delay the closing process. But thankfully, after buying the house, I realized my friend knows a structural engineer and they said the crack wasn't an issue!

  Yay Congratulations, your hardwork paid off!! 🥳 quick tip lol...definitely review everything your home warranty covers, sometimes not only does it covers appliances & hot water etc but it can also pipes & plumbing which i found out for mines as well.

  The SCARY thing is not ever seeing any of your videos or being a subscriber, I just watched the video from Feb 2022 when you were crushed that you couldnt get the house after the offer was accepted. Then im now watching a video that you posted TODAY that you got the house!!!
